Awful location

Such a shame about this hotel. The room and breakfast was nice however the area is awful. Did not feel safe at all during the stay, noise constantly even through the night as music was blaring from outside. Barely slept the 2 nights we were there. When walking around it was dirty and uncomfortable. I don’t think a hotel should be in this area especially for tourists as it ruined our trip to São Paulo and do not want to return. The young men at reception were very helpful getting our bus tickets.

Quarto super simples com pouca limpeza, pessoal da limpeza de quarto não limpa direito e só forraram a cama, tivemos que descer 2 da madrugada pq não tinha água no frigobar, o café da manhã é repetitivo, ar condicionado gelando bem, mas faz muito barulho, a rua não é tão barulhenta, mas as vezes sim!, chuveiro com boa potência e água bem quente, portaria 24 horas, e funcionários até que educado, pelo preço vale a pena pois a localização me surpreendeu, super segura e com muitos policiais próximos, no fim.. valeu a pena! Metrô próximo e da pra ir a pé ao Brás e 25 de março, mercadão de SP e etc.. até q recomendo se vc tiver sem grana

Não sou de reclamar de nada por onde passo.! Mais acredito que certas situações precisam ser ditas em respeito primeiro ao nosso dinheiro e tbm ao próximo que venha se hospedar. As camas de molas não sao boas e fazem muito barulho. Alguns colaboradores do hotel não tem respeito nem com os colegas de trabalho, muito menos com nós clientes. Escutei os mais variados palavrões em alto e bom som pq uma colega levou o carrinho da arrumação pro andar superior e ela estava precisando. Mandou tomar naquele canto, filha disso e daquilo, va se fu…. E por ai vai, nao generalizando alguns se quer ao entrar no elevador tem a gentileza de dar um bom dia! Nem olha. Quanto a estrutura apesar de antiga eu me adapto a qlq situação, mesmo ciente que poderia melhorar os banheiros. Mais falta de respeito de equipe, não é orçamento apertado do grupo. É falta de alinhanento, equipe sem preparo, ou sem comando.! Isso é o básico.! Já fiquei em lugares muito mais simples, mais com equipes extremamente educadas e receptivas que as vezes tornam, apesar de suas limitações, uma experiência excepcional.
