Awful location

Such a shame about this hotel. The room and breakfast was nice however the area is awful. Did not feel safe at all during the stay, noise constantly even through the night as music was blaring from outside. Barely slept the 2 nights we were there. When walking around it was dirty and uncomfortable. I don’t think a hotel should be in this area especially for tourists as it ruined our trip to São Paulo and do not want to return. The young men at reception were very helpful getting our bus tickets.

Gostaria de expressar minha insatisfação nesta estadia tendo em vista o cenário o qual eu me encontrava com a minha filha. Estávamos restritas de alimentação até às 12h e fui informada de que não poderia separar um pequeno lanche para após este horário pois feriria as políticas do hotel. Mediante este relato, gostaria de evidenciar alguns problemas que foram identificados no quarto o qual estávamos hospedadas: Quarto - paredes com mofos, cabeceira da cama com manchas de líquidos que não foram removidos, a cama estava com manchas de sujeiras nas laterais e não havia um cobertor no armário caso fosse necessário, somente o lençol da cama. Os móveis do quarto estavam em péssimas condições pois estavam descamando Banheiro - havia fungos nos ladrilhos das paredes e no piso do chão e as paredes estavam descamando. O assento do vaso sanitário estava quebrado e quase houve um acidente pois minha pele quase ficou presa nas rachaduras. Houve um profundo arrependimento nesta estadia e gostaria de um parecer da rede. O comentário à respeito do café da manhã só foi realizado pois assim que eu fiz o chekin no hotel foi a mim informado de que seria possível separar um lanche para depois uma vez que eu não poderia realizar naquele momento. Ela só me fez um ressalto de que não poderia levar pratos para o quarto.

Pela primeira vez entrei em um rede andrade em que o quarto estava cheiroso ao entrar. Entretanto deixou a desejar no cafe da manha, pouca opcao , so pao e ovo mal cozido e salsicha aguada, alem disso muito poicial o que faz com que acabe os itens e demora da cozinha repor as coisas e pouquissimos assentos disponíveis. A sanduicheira deixa a desejar mais isso e de todas as unidades e ua chapa que nao prensa direito o pao . Entretanto o hotel nao decepcionou o quarto e a limpesa

Atendimento muito bom da recepção, mas a limpeza do quarto deixou a desejar em toda a estadia, inclusive por dois dias não tivemos limpeza no quarto, banheiro mesmo após “limpo” com odor de xixi, pia sebosa com sujeira nas bordas e manchada de sujo (eu mesma realizei a limpeza e saiu fácil), a sensação que só passam um pano e não limpam nada.
