Bad hotel

The only thing this hotel offers is a cheap place to sleep. The rooms are tiny, the beds are uncomfortable, the shower barely works, there is no air conditioning or fan, and the staff are unhelpful.

É uma região onde precisa se tomar cuidado com celular, mas em compensação, da acesso fácil ao metrô e rodoviária de SP. Pra quem foi a BGS esse ano, conseguiu ter um fácil acesso ao Shuttle (ônibus gratuito) que o evento forneceu. Mas pra quem for utilizar o hotel apenas pra dormir e fazer coisas fora dele, aí compensa demais.

O atendimento da recepção e limpeza são muito bons, o prédio talvez precisasse de reformas mas é bem conservado e cuidado. Para quem busca um lugar para dormir e vai passar o dia na rua super atende às necessidades. No café da manhã é simples e atende a maioria das necessidades, senti falta de um opção de fruta ou ovos.

Para o que eu precisava o hotel foi suficiente. Os dois dias que passei na cidade fiquei fora o dia todo e só precisei do hotel para dormir mesmo. A proximidade do terminal rodoviário e da estação de metrô facilitaram muito a minha vida. O quarto era razoavelmente confortável. Só o que tenho a pontuar é sobre o chuveiro, que saia pouquíssima água. Quanto ao café da manhã… um queijinho e presunto além da margarina cairiam super bem tbm.

Não voltaria.

Hotel com estrutura antiga, cama desconfortável, banheiro sem box, torneira fazia um barulho enorme quando abria. Ar condicionado barulhento e aparentemente sem manutenções e limpeza, a TV vc não consegue nem ver, de tão alto que colocaram. Falta muito capricho e cuidado com os detalhes. Café da manhã muito ruim, pão bem seco com um café também muito ruim. Falta tudo, treinamento pra equipe, organização, zelo, capricho, além de todas adequações na estrutura. Até saí um dia antes de lá porque era tão desconfortável que não quis permanecer no hotel. O ambiente ao redor também um pouco ruim, música alta e etc.
