A equipe do hotel é a única coisa que salva. A estrutura do hotel é velha, o quarto é mal ventilado e o cheiro é horrível, o carpete é muito sujo, a parede tem marca de mofo, o ar condicionado é velho e fedido, a banheira estava descascando, as cobertas não tinham cheiro bom, o quarto é muito frio, as torneiras são velhas, os cantos do quarto são sujos, no vão em baixo da cama é sujo, a instalação elétrica da TV é arcaica, a hidromassagem é velha e barulhenta (é possível escutar o barulho da hidromassagem em todos os andares, não dá para usar).
