O ar condicionado do quarto manual, ou seja, não tem controle, e as luzes do quarto acende manualmente, devido o sistema de cartão eletrônico indisponível. O serviço de quarto o funcionário não utilizou o sistema de passa pratos, ocasionando desconforto.
