I liked everything about this hotel. The location was good, the staff was friendly, the room was clean, and the shower pressure was excellent. There was water and tea in the reception area, which was a nice touch. And the breakfast was stellar -- if you are staying here, do yourself a favor and get the breakfast. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

This was a follow up stay to my initial 4 day stay and I missed this hotel compared to the K-platz! They allowed me to have an extended late checkout when they did not have to and I appreciate their service. It is quick and everything is well kept. I would highly recommend this hotel to all!

My room was well decorated with high quality finishes. The restaurant area was large, bright and cheery. The staff was very friendly and the food was excellent. I have two somewhat negative comments. First, very few of the staff spoke English. Finally, the hotel does not have heat. I was chilly for four days..... Overall, I highly recommend this property, especially at their room rates. I would stay there again without question.

This property is well maintained. They seem to take pride in their hotel. It was very clean any time of day we were there. They offer water, tea, at the lobby. I found that very welcoming. The front desk staff were very pleasant. The door greeter/security guard was helpful in navagting on how to get to the metro from the hotel. He also gave us advice between taxi and using an uber service. My room was cleaned every day which is nice because in the USA they havent done that since after Covid. The room was nice and decor modern. Breakfast was the best! They stock it well with a variety of hot dishes to simple cereal and fresh fruits. I enjoyed eating breakfast everyday I was there. The espresso machines were also a bonus. The breakfast buffet opened early and was great for getting a head start on your day. It appeared that many people stay here for business, but great for just couples and adults getaway.

I really enjoyed my stay here. Upon arrival I was given a room upgrade which was really nice. The rooms were spacious, modern, and very clean. My bed was comfortable plus I really love the plush pillows and bedding. The hotel lobby is beautiful with plenty areas to sit and relax. The breakfast was very good with alot of options to choose from. The staff was kind and courteous and very helpful given that I spoke English they were able to help assist me with anything I asked. I would definitely recommend this hotel. It’s close to Ave Paulista and in the area I wanted to be in when visiting São Paulo.

I’m afraid to write this review and after that seeing the price going up. This hotel is just amazing, great location for whom is driving a car, close to 23 de maio, nó restaurants around to walk on foot, good environment. Just loved it, for sure I’ll stay here again when visiting Brazil.

As an English speaking person in a land of Portuguese language, I never know what to expect. There were not only enough staff that spoke English to make my life easy, but even those who didn't had not problem communicating. Everyone was very professional and had a way of making me feel special. Rooms are an adequate size and very well kept. The menu is not very large, but it allows the chef to make everything very well. I would happily book this hotel again.

Fantastic customer service. We were arriving early the day of check in, and only needed to have our bags held but they were able to check us in early! On the day of checkout, we had an evening flight, and no itinerary in the city. We requested and we afforded a late checkout, then we left our bags with them, and took advantage of the lovely lounge and dining area to relax and read with a cocktail in hand. Had a little meal too, which was excellent.
