It's not the safest area in São Paulo, but it's close to República Metro Station. From there you can go anywhere (once you understand the subway map). Important to day: It is an old hotel. DO NOT expect modern things in your room, but it is clean and cheap. I love their staff.

Foram dias concorridos em São Paulo, o hotel estava 100% ocupado mas tudo correu bem. Problemas pontuais : persiana muito empoeirada, na pia corre um fio d'água, TV desliga sozinha toda hora, wifi bom no térreo e fraco no apartamento. Foi uma estadia satisfatória numa localização conveniente.

Muito bom, a hidromassagem é perfeita, tudo no quarto bem limpo e funcionando direitinho, funcionários super simpáticos e de quebra fica próximo a um Carrefour 24hrs, virou meu hotel favorito na cidade, excelente custo benefício e 0 estresse (já é minha segunda vez me hospedando)
