El lugar es maravilloso, desde que entras al hotel, su estilo Art Deco es bellisímo, entras por el bar del hotel, bellisímo. Mucho más seguro que tener la recepción al ingreso, el ambiente es acogedor, siempre un ejercigo de personas atentos al más minimo detalle.

Razoavel ! Nao entrega o que cobra ! Colocaram um Menu de dia dos namorados restritissimo , uma massa , um peixe , e ainda sem avisar na reserva que o cardapio seria restrito nesse dia . Atendimento nesse jantar demorado e pessoal atrapalhado . Os atendentes no Cafe da manha no primeiro dia estavam bem atrapalhados . Esqueceram de fazer a limpeza do quarto , o que so foi feito apos pedido as 9:00 da noite .

Hotel maravilhoso, não há o que falar. Minha única queixa é que a passagem interna para o CJ Shops deveria ficar aberta até o horário de encerramento dos restaurantes do shopping. Quando voltei 23h, tive que dar a volta pela rua para conseguir chegar no hotel.
