Rooms requires refurbishment. It seems like all the furniture are from the 80s or older. All is clean tho. Breakfast is good with lots of choice and delicious options. Breakfast restaurant meets 4 star hotel standards.

Limpeza excelente, equipe de funcionários muito atenciosa,porém não se pode considerar um hotel 4 estrelas. A acomodação depreciada, móveis em péssima conservação, desgastados. Torneiras da pia entupidas , fluxo da água sem nenhuma pressão, banheira com pontos de ferrugem . Apenas um elevador funcionando e várias vezes parava com defeito, obrigando os hóspedes a subirem 21 andares . Em 3 dias que estivemos hospedados, precisamos várias vezes descer e subir 14 andares de escadas . Manutenção péssima. Não volto mais.

para comecar chegando no hotel so um elevador funcionando 15 minutos para ir para meu quarto. apos deixar minhas coiasas e tomar um banho para ir na minha reuniao mas 20 minutos esperando o elevador. ao retonar para o hotel sem elevador tive que subir 20 andares. a noite sem ter ainda elevador tive que sair para buscar comida tive que descer e ao retonar sem elevador mais uma subida. no outro dia para ir embora 30 minutos de espera pelo elevador porque so tinha um funcioanndo. e para piorar o estacionamento e com manobrista e pago mas 40 minutos de espera. no meu quarto torneira do banheiro vazando, meia suja na bancada da tv de outro hospede, o lecol e menor que a cama. nada parecido com os hoteis nesse preco

Hotel esta com apenas 1 elevador, apesar de estar passando por reforma para melhorar o outro elevador, o mês de maio é período de feiras em SP, e deveriam comunicar no site para que o hospede saiba e tenha a escolha de hospedar ou não. Quartos velhos, as tomadas ainda são antigas (não pega tomadas 03 pinos) o que traz transtornos, travesseiro horrível e velhos, fala que tem cama casal (mas a cama é duas camas juntas). Precisa de melhoras significantes.
