Hotel bom, porem nao tivemos assistência.

Atendimento dos funcionários foi impecável, ficamos de terça a sábado porem na sexta o hotel ficou sem agua quente e ficamos o dia todo sem ter como tomar banho e acredito que a obrigação do hotel era no minimo ter nos ressarcido de uma diária já que a mesma foi só transtorno.

Gostei mais dos funcionários, da atenção dada aos problemas de manutenção da propriedade. O que não gostei foi a total falta de manutenção da propriedade, as fotos do website é trabalhada de forma a enganar, o predio esta em total decadência.

Após mais de dez hospedagens no Excelsior, há mais de 15 anos, tivemos uma experiência muito ruim devido as condições de funcionamento dos elevadores, não é a primeira vez que tivemos problemas com elevadores no Excelsior. Elevadores em manutenção, falta de sincronismo entre os três.

É a terceira vez que me hospedo no hotel. É de excelência, ótimas instalações, um café da manhã primoroso e um atendimento impecável. Infelizmente como está situado próximo a praça da república, onde há forte concentração de pessoas de rua, acaba limitando a possibilidade de circulação a pé. Porém, isso não é um problema. Voltarei outras vezes!

Medíocre

Dos dois elevadores sociais apenas um funcionando, longa demora para subir ou descer do quarto. Na segunda-feira à tarde não teve água no hotel. Água quente só voltou 18:30. O funcionário da recepção senhor Gluauco extremamente grosseiro dizendo que eu podia registrar um boletim de ocorrência policial pela falta de água e dizendo que eu poderia atravessar a rua e ir tomar banho no hotel em frente. A água do lavatório com pressão mínima todos os dias!!!! O ponto positivo foi a atenção da funcionária que fez o check in.
