Friendly staff, clean room. Curry at the front desk as a sweetheart and so helpful. Food was amazing! Upset pool was closed and only found out after booking. The pool was the reason why I booked this hotel. None the less, the stay was great, room was absolutely spotless.

It is a good hotel but is not a good option to international visitors. In all the hotel just the people of front desk speak English or Spanish. The rest of the people in the hotel just speak Portuguese and it is terrible to try to communicate with them to any request.

Spent a nice time there, was there for a convention just didn't get out because everything was conveniently available. The onlything bad was the works happening outside that went one very late in the early hours of the morning every day, so it was difficult to sleep.

Towel is so dirty and old.

수건이 너무 더러웠어요. 4박 5일 있었는데, 항상 수건에 뭐가 묻어있었어요...수건이 엄청 오래됐어요. towel was so dirty. I stayed in this hotel for 5 days, and there was stain in towels always. You need to change the towels to new one.
