Experiencias ruins .

1- Somente aceitam cartão fisico para garantia de consumo , tive que fazer pix e no checkout me devolveram em dinheiro , abaixo da critica … nao me Lembro a ultima vez que portei dinheiro . 2- entro no quarto, todas as tomadas fora do padrão brasileiro e sem deixarem no quarto adaptadores e o pior , nenhuma funcionava . Chego cansado , tenho que fechar a bagagem e trocar de quarto . Experiência ruim para um hotel deste padrão, apesar da gentileza das pessoas .

infelizmente custo-benefício não valeu

Fiz a solicitação para uma estadia especial pois estava comemorando aniversário de casamento. Inclusive solicitei serviço de doces finos no check-in, conforme haviam me oferecido a um custo que acertaria no check-out. Mas nenhuma cortesia foi oferecida nem os doces estavam disponíveis no check-in nem no meu quarto. Minha cama estava afundada no meio, achei que não fosse compatível com o hotel cinco estrelas. No mais a estadia foi adequada.
