Highly recommend and will stay again

I had a great experience at this hotel. It is well located, and both the room and bathroom were spacious. The only issue I encountered was that the shower took a while to warm up. I mentioned this to the staff, and they assured me they would address the problem. The breakfast was good as well. I would definitely stay here again.

O hotel é muito bom. Foi reformado, está confortável e toda a equipe é muito agradável e solícita. O único inconveniente, totalmente incompatível com o valor da diária cobrada, é o café da manhã no formato à la carte no Kosmos, pois o hóspede fica preso a um menu restrito, com porções pequenas e atendimento questionável. Para ter uma ideia, em um dos dias, minha esposa não pôde descer para o café e, ao perguntar se eu poderia levar para ela, fui informado de que teria que pagar uma taxa de R$ 30, sendo que eu mesmo levaria o café para ela. Algo difícil de compreender.
