Everything about this hotel was great. We were within walking distance of parque Ibirapuera. The room was spotless. The breakfasts were wonderful. The only issue we had was that we were planning on eating at the hotel restaurant on Sunday night and they are closed then.

Absolutely lovely hotel! So peaceful, clean, and relaxing. Best hotel breakfast I have ever seen. The room was spacious and comfortable. Despite being near busy roads, the room was well sound-proofed and quiet at night. We enjoyed a great couple’s massage at the spa, too! All of the staff members were so kind! Only complaint was that it was not very easy or safe to walk to Ibirapuera Park, despite being so close. Otherwise, this hotel is perfect.

This is the second time I have stayed at this Hotel in one month, I was greeted so cordially by the Staff just like my first stay. My Check-In was quick , efficient and very attentive to any of my needs. My room was incredibly clean, the room so comfortable and spacious. I got in at 9pm and ordered room service, my food was tasty and warm and the service exceptional. I completely recommend staying at this hotel, it is worth it.

I love how everyone from the staff is always ready to help you in any way without you asking, everything looks so clean and pristine, I liked the Bakery and the Restaurant. My room was perfect, everything comfortable. The breakfast had many options and pastries to choose from, very delicious. The only thing I would say is that my tv did not have Netflix and only had local tv channels to go watch. I will definitely be staying at this hotel again.

Good sized rooms. Service was mixed to disastrous. Check in was very friendly and good. First day I managed to order room service. From then on, literally any time I tried to phone reception or room service it would just ring out. Trying to get drinking water was impossible and highly frustrating. Rooms are good size, but the bedding is poor. There was dirt on the bedsheets. The bedding is thin, pillows are small and lumpy. Swimming pool is freezing - I enjoyed it as a plunge pool from the Sauna, but isn't functional as a pool. Gym is pretty good.

O café da manhã poderia melhorar no quesito variedade de proteínas. Estive no café em duas ocasiões e, em um dos dias, a única opção disponível foi ovo. Em outro dia, havia carne, porém sem constância no cardápio. Também houve uma situação em que cogumelos foram servidos no lugar da carne, justamente em um dia em que a única proteína era o ovo, o que acabou limitando ainda mais as opções. Acredito que seria interessante manter diariamente ovo, frango e carne como opções fixas de proteína, atendendo melhor a diferentes preferências e necessidades alimentares.
