poor internet, fuzzy tv channels. Solid breakfast, late checkout. Disinterested staff at reception. Looks like a place that gets a lot of business during the week and loads up on 2nd string staff at the weekend.

The hotel is in a very nice and safe area. Breakfast is good. The room is very small and dark but it was fine by me. On check-out I left my luggage to be picked up later. However it was handed to another customer who did not notice the bag (which had no resemblance to theirs). It was fixed within 30 minutes with my bag sourced but it was a scare.

Quarto e camas extremamente pequenos para duas pessoas. O saguão do café da cama estava fedendo a mofo. Não há sistema de segurança para subir ao elevador, qualquer um sobe e as portas do elevador o sensor não funciona (vi duas pessoas se machucarem). Quartos sem isolamento e portanto barulhentos. De pontos positivos, café da manhã bom, chuveiro bom e instalações novas.

O inconveniente é que no apartamento, nao tem moveis de apoio suficiente. No quarto tem apenas uma prateleira para colocar tudo, inclusive o cofre e alimentos do frigobar. Uma mesinha escamoteavel e o unico apoio para trabalho, mas com iluminação insuficiente. E, no ambiente comum nao tem area de trabalho, se quiser use a areacdo café.

A equipe de funcionários é muito boa. Todos simpáticos, disponíveis e resolutivos. Havia lido uma avaliação falando do edredom que não estava limpo, o que também constatei. O meu ainda estava com marca de batom. Solicitei troca e fui atendida prontamente. Sugestão: trocar o lugar do porta papel higiênico, pois fica atrás no vaso sanitário.

A estadia em si foi ótima! Chegamos sexta feira bem tarde e fomos muito bem recebidos pela recepcionista Mariana e o manobrista do turno da noite. O mesmo já não aconteceu infelizmente no sábado de manhã onde estávamos com horário pra um evento comprado e o manobrista tinha ido lanchar ( o que não vejo problema algum) mas a recepcionista foi extremamente grosseira e mentiu falando que ele estava retirando outros carros. Ficamos 10’ esperando ele aparecer e quando fomos pro carro a mesma ainda ficou me encarando. Apenas por esse motivo que quase estragou meu sábado que não dou nota 10. Café da manhã maravilhoso e camareira tb muito gentil e educada. O check out tb ocorreu sem transtornos.

Estive hospedado no dia 19 de setembro, em lua de mel, e escolhemos este hotel pela necessidade de ficar próximo ao Itaim Bibi. O atendimento foi correto, mas bastante objetivo, sem um acolhimento diferenciado. A limpeza estava dentro dos padrões esperados. O quarto contava com uma cama queen confortável, mas não havia criados-mudos de apoio, o que fez falta. A iluminação era fraca, deixando o ambiente um pouco escuro. O chuveiro funcionava de froma regular, mas a pressão da água não era das melhores, esperávamos uma ducha mais forte, considerando o padrão de um hotel dessa faixa de preço. O café da manhã foi aceitável, mas aquém do valor da diária (acima de R$ 500), principalmente por oferecer apenas café coado e pouca variedade. O ponto positivo é a localização, bastante prática. Porém, considerando o custo-benefício, não voltaria a me hospedar, pois acredito que o valor não corresponde ao que é entregue.
