Nice Business Efficient Hotel in São Paulo

Hotel is excellent. Clean and modern, simple but just what you need for a business trip into São Paulo. Breaksfast was really good and lots of selections and fresh! Rooms are a little tight but for how affordable the price is, that is to be expected. All in all, a wonderful stay and I would definitely use this hotel again!

Estadia excelente! Os quartos são pequenos mas o suficiente pra duas pessoas descansarem com muito conforto, lençóis macios, boas toalhas, coberta quentinha, shampoo e sabonete liquido muito bons. O café é muito gostoso e o pessoal da cozinha é muito gentil. Tudo muito limpo e organizado, nada para reclamar.

Mudaram a minha reserva para o outro hotel da rede por que o banheiro do quarto estava com problema. Neste outro hotel a pia do banheiro também estava com problema, vazando. O hotel precisa de uma reforma. A equipe, no entanto foi simpática.

Os funcionários são muito atenciosos, hotel bem localizado, mas o quarto é muuuuito pequeno, difícil para se movimentar, falta espaço para acomodar a bagagem, para comer uma refeição rápida, para levantar da cama e circular no quarto. A rua é barulhenta e a janela não veda bem o barulho.

O quarto é do tamanho de um quarto do Ibis. Tive problemas com o frigobar, ele estava queimado e até fedendo e tive que fazer 3 ligações e esperar quase 3h para ser resolvido. A noite o ar condicionado ficou pingando, me irritou muito, tive que pegar uma toalha e jogar no chão onde estava pingando para poder dormir. O quarto estava sujo no banheiro e as toalhas sujas. Na recepção as recepcionista frias e desinteressadas.

Decepcionante. Toalhas com manchas, roupa de cama de baixa qualidade, pia fora do banheiro colada ao minúsculo espaço para colocar as roupas - ou seja molha as roupas.... além do quarto super apertado. Escolhi o hotel pela proximidade de uma reunião que teria na manhã, fui ao hotel pouco tempo antes do horário do check in e não me permitiram ter aceso ao quarto, apesar de terem quartos vagos(perguntei antes...) quiseram me cobrar meia diária. Antes tivesse escolhido um hotel longe da reunião... Ficou a lição nesta cadeia de hotel nunca mais.

Não oferece late check, cobram uma diária inteira, o quarto que reservei estava com a televisão sem funcionar ( problema resolvido com substituição de quarto) , deixei meu carro com serviço de manobrista porém eu mesmo tive que retirar em um momento.

A experiência foi boa, indico o hotel. A única coisa que poderia ter sido um pouco melhor é o isolamento acústico dos quartos. Quando alguém tomava banho de madrugada, eu sempre escutava um barulho enorme por causa do exaustor e, mesmo com a porta fechada do banheiro, ainda era possível ouvir. Isso dificultou um pouco a noite de sono. Mas, tirando isso, a localização é boa, local bem limpo e funcionários muito atenciosos!
