Nice Business Efficient Hotel in São Paulo

Hotel is excellent. Clean and modern, simple but just what you need for a business trip into São Paulo. Breaksfast was really good and lots of selections and fresh! Rooms are a little tight but for how affordable the price is, that is to be expected. All in all, a wonderful stay and I would definitely use this hotel again!

O quarto 507 estava com problemas no AC (possivelmente o dreno estava entupido, pois pingava muita água) e com problemas no Chuveiro (a água não caía da ducha de forma uniforme. Além disso, a água esquentava e esfriava sozinha). Após a 1a.noite, conseguimos a troca de Apto com o auxílio da Natália (que foi prestativa) e nos mudamos para o 508. Naquela unidade, a experiência foi melhor, mas mesmo assim existe a necessidade de manutenção dos chuveiros (pois apesar do fluxo de água ser melhor, a temperatura da água oscilava muito sem qualquer ajuste) e do AC. A localização é ótima, bem como o local e qualidade do café da manhã.

Vou começar falando pelo que o hotel tem de bom: o atendimento. Todas as interações que tive com a equipe de atendimento e manutenção foram excelentes. Pessoal super atencioso e cortês, padrão 5 estrelas. O atendimento é tão bom que chega a dar pena de falar do resto. O café da manhã é razoável: poucas opções e sem reposição suficiente, mas é adequado a um 3 estrelas (considerando o padrão 3 estrelas de 2026, se você veio do passado em uma máquina do tempo, não crie expectativas). A limpeza do quarto é precária. Os grampos de papel que estavam no chão quando cheguei, permaneciam no chão quando saí. E o quarto é tão pequeno que não daria tanto trabalho assim para limpar. Além disso, eles não repõem todas as toalhas, você precisa pedir na recepção o que ficou faltando. O minúsculo quarto não tem espaço adequado para trabalhar. Há uma mesa presa à parede que fiquei em dúvida se deveria ser uma tábua de passar ou uma escrivaninha, mas que não é apropriada para nenhuma das duas coisas. Não tem frigobar, não tem armário, a iluminação é ruim e, como disse, é sujo. Xampu e sabonete líquido são aqueles potes preso na parede, dando um ar rústico de vestiário de posto de gasolina - nova moda nos hotéis que se vendem como executivos. O de sabonete líquido sequer funcionava. O papel higiênico é daquele modelo econômico, um guardanapinho que parece um lenço de papel, mais uma epidemia que vem sendo adotada por redes decadentes.
