The location is few minutes walk to the subway station. The hotel includes breakfast, but if you have an early flight (8:30 AM or earlier), you would miss breakfast because it doesn't start until 7 AM. Many hotels start their breakfast hour at 6 AM.

The room was spacious & the bed was nice. The hot tub was OK. The room didn't have a safe. I made have erred while reading the room description about it having a safe. Some of the hotel staff was not friendly. I got the vibe that I wasn't welcomed there. The neighborhood was a little shady after 7pm. Most of the businesses were closed & there was a lot of homeless people loitering. It looked rundown. During the daytime, it was a totally different neighborhood. There were plenty of shops & restaurants that I liked. There were many people in the area. I felt safe. I will visit the neighborhood again during the daytime, but I will not get a hotel there.

Já fui sabendo que quartos do hotel são usados como motel. O quarto é de bom tamanho, o chuveiro é excelente, café da manhã simples porém excelente. Todos os funcionários foram extremamente prestativos e cordiais. O único problema é o barulho de alguns casais rs Se o hotel melhorasse um pouco a acústica dos quartos acho que melhoria muito a experiência, pois o preço é justo e a localização excelente , bem no coração da Liberdade.

Quarto com hidromassagem, bom espaço, estava bem limpo, não consegui conectar meu celular ao som ambiente do quarto ou da TV para tocar música. Fora isso estava tudo ótimo, bom serviço de café da manhã.

Ambiente promíscuo e sujo.

Fizemos a reserva para ir a um evento próximo, no entanto ficamos assustados com a hospedagem quando chegamos. Pois não se trata de um hotel, e sim um motel. Nosso quarto tinha um cheiro horrível de cigarro, o cobertor pedimos para trocar pois está a sujo, enfim. Foi uma pessima experiencia.

Um certa falta de cuidados com a manutenção e limpeza, é um antigo motel que virou hotel mas não preza ainda pela qualidade na estadia, o local é excelente e o serviço de valet também funciona muito bem.

Hotel tem ótima localização no bairro da Liberdade, perto das lojas ,da feirinha de rua e do metrô. No sábado a noite o hotel como o bairro todo ficou sem energia ,hotel nao tem gerador. Domingo de manhã hotel ficou sem água. O hotel so possui um unico ascesso para os andares dos quartos que é uma unica escadaria toda coberta com tapete, mesmo tendo extintor de incêndios em cada andar ,isso me deixou insegura por saber q não existia outra saída
