Great staff and breakfast

I'm happy I selected Filadelfia. It's very convenient to the Pinheiros market and Faria Lima Station. The staff were very attentive, and my room was very clean. Breakfast was excellent. Just be aware that the building has no elevator so it's not good for anyone in a wheelchair. The only improvement I'd make is to add a mirror in the bathroom. It's difficult to shave without a mirror.

O estacionamento é bom, os funcionários colocam o carro caso precise, café da manhã é bom, só o suco ser artificial (pó) me desagradou,como não tomo café, fico sem opção. Local limpo, seguro e funcionários agradáveis. Um ótimo custo benefício em Pinheiros. Só leve seu travesseiro se for exigente, o do hotel não é muito confortável.

Apartamento no terceiro andar sem elevador. Sem frigobar no apartamento, apesar de constar da descrição. A garagem não oferece que está no site. Quando cheguei não queriam deixar estacionar o veículo S10. Mesmo tendo vaga disponível. Após discussão deixaram estacionar. No outro dia outro recepcionista teve o mesmo comportamento de questionar o estacionamento. Além disso, a porta do banheiro era barulhenta ao abrir e fechar.
