Hotel was dated but fair-priced, and I had problems with a leaky shower and low-flush toilet, but staff was very helpful in addressing them. Standard amenities include A/C, cable TV, phone, mini-refrigerator, etc. Rich and fresh breakfast choices that includes typical Brazilian (breads, coffee, fruits, fruit juice) and other standard fare (sausage, scrambled eggs, cereal, etc).

Localização: Bairro muito calmo. Fica a frente de dois supermercados, e ao lado de três farmácias. Muitos restaurantes bons, e shoppings próximos. Fica a 5 minutos de caminhada da estação de metrô de Moema, e 10 do parque Ibirapuera. Instalações: Quarto, recepção, e todo ambiente do hotel passaram um aspecto de muito limpo e preservados. Ar condicionado novo, e quarto muito limpo e organizado. Quarto possui frigobar, banheiro com secador e chuveiro elétrico. Café da manhã: Excelente. Bem sortido, com muitas variadas de pães, salgados, doces, frutas, bebidas, e frios. Nada que comi estava ruim. Tudo delicioso. Principalmente o bolo de chocolate com cenoura, e o croissant de chocolate. Não dou 5 estrelas, pois acredito ser injusto dar 5 estrelas, pelo fato de igualar a nota a hotéis que possuem uma área de lazer como piscinas e etc. Mas todo o resto, muito bom.

Café da manhã: muito simples. Panela de ovos mexidos muito grande, logo, ovos demais. Então não ficavam frescos e com forte odor. Banheiro do quarto: vaso sanitário com respingos de urina amarelada. Quarto: colchões péssimos. Cama com pés de madeira quebrado. Roupas de cama não são de algodão, quentes. Ar condicionado com defeito que de vez em quando fazia um barulho estranho e alto. Garagem: apertada, com algumas “armadilhas” sem sinalização. Ponto positivo: a localização.

O quarto e o banheiro estavam em boas condições, com excessão dos lençóis, que tinham algumas manchas pretas. Tivemos uma indisposição com uma recepcionista, que combinou conosco que poderíamos estender mais uma diária, oferecendo inclusive de acertar no checkout. No dia seguinte, ao confirmarmos com outros recepcionistas, nos foi informado de que nao poderíamos estender a estadia, e que não havia vaga. Essa má comunicação complicou nossa logística do dia, visto que estávamos na cidade para um. O curso. Os recepcionistas, diante da confusão, nos autorizaram a deixar o carro no estacionamento sem custo adicional, a fim de minimizar nosso problema
