Nice NEW boutique hotel.

Overall great place. Brand new hotel is walkable, safe neighborhood with good restaurants nearby. Walk to Ibirapuera Park.

Comfortable stay

Located in Moema it’s a pretty safe and posh district of São Paulo. There are many nice restaurants, cafes and Oxxo nearby. Walking distance to metro. Super friendly and polite staff always ready to help. The breakfast is average with not much variation. Room is small but clean, soundproof and nicely designed. Good shower and some toiletries provided.

Quarto limpo, cama confortável , banheiro excelente. Cafe da manhã variado e gostoso. No geral, o hotel é ótimo. A única ressalva é o detector de fumaça no teto que fica piscando a noite toda, uma luz muito forte, como se fossem flashes a cada 10 minutos, a luz é bem forte e acordei várias vezes durante a noite devido aos flashes..

Ruim porque, apesar da área física ser nova e passando para um quarto de maior área, não tinha como acomodar duas malas de 23kgs. O banheiro era maior, mas o box acumulava água no piso, tivemos que pedir um rodo para escoar. A bancada e pia diminuta. A janela dava para um prédio vizinho, não dava para deixar aberta a perciana. O café da manhã sofrível, não correspondia o preço cobrado. O atendimento dos funcionários, tanto da portaria quanto os da limpeza e restaurante excelente. Mas a comodidade em si, não está compatível ao valor cobrado pela diária.
