Do not stay there!

The place is old, without hot water, smelly and the service is terrible. Literally left one day earlier to look for another place to stay.

A budget accommodation, but in spite of being quite basic, was clean, with a great complimentary breakfast. My room had strong wifi, ample electrical outlets, a ceiling fan and air conditioning. My only complaint was that the bed was very firm, too firm for my liking. Not the best neighborhood, so I didn’t venture out after dark, but the hotel is conveniently located near shops, restaurants, grocery stores and tourist attractions, with a bit of walking. I would stay at this hotel again in future, if I planned on returning to São Paulo.

O hotel precisa de modernização urgente.

O Hotel, e os quartos precisam de uma reforma total, tudo velho ... o café da manhã é sofrível, tudo parece de segunda. O ponto forte da minha estadia foi o banho, ducha forte e com bastante pressão e ótimas toalhas; e o pessoal da recepção.

O quarto tem um tamanho bom! Cama boa! Banheiro espaco suficiente! O rapaz da recepcao durante a semana de dia educado e gentil. Porem tivemos problema com cafe da manha. O suco de laranja estava com acucar e eu com muita educação solicitei se podia fazer sem açúcar porque nao comemos açúcar. A mulher com grossura disse que nao ia fazer e eu argumentei que nao pode colocar açúcar no suco geral, cada um que deseje que coloque no seu copo. Fui comentar com o rapaz da recepcao ( ja que era unico suco que tinha) e a mulher veio atras : mandou eu ir pra aquele lugar e saiu achando ruim e batendo pratos no cafe da manha com força. Portanto nenhum dia tomamos suco, Outro dia as xicaras de cafe da mesa servidas como limpas, ao vira-las estavam com a borda suja ( mal lavadas)e outra mulher veio e tambem achou ruim. Resumindo não recomendo

Não gostei, no geral prédio muito velho, única coisa nova ar condicionado, cama muito estreita e muito dura e cheiro muito forte de cigarro, principalmente no black-out.

Boa localização

Ótima localização. Bom café da manhã. Quarto pequeno e banheiro razoável com pia minúscula e vaso instalado em local apertado. Por outro lado, ótimo chuveiro e bom tamanho do box. Prédio antigo. Restaurantes próximos (um quarteirão de distância).

Es un hotel ubicado en pleno centro de SP, viejo y se nota en sus instalaciones , que si bien están cuidadas ya se nota que les hace falta una modernización, los alrededores del hotel pueden parecer inseguros, hay muchas personas en situación de calle y personas usando drogas a los alrededores (eso no es culpa del hotel) pero en realidad no molestan a nadie , la habitación es muy básica, nada espectacular, el desayuno bueno para iniciar el día y el personal muy atento, tal vez haya mejores opciones en el centro de SP, pero aquí para un par de noches está muy bien .
