A budget accommodation, but in spite of being quite basic, was clean, with a great complimentary breakfast. My room had strong wifi, ample electrical outlets, a ceiling fan and air conditioning. My only complaint was that the bed was very firm, too firm for my liking. Not the best neighborhood, so I didn’t venture out after dark, but the hotel is conveniently located near shops, restaurants, grocery stores and tourist attractions, with a bit of walking. I would stay at this hotel again in future, if I planned on returning to São Paulo.

O hotel é simples e básico. Quarto, cama e chuveiro bons. No quesito acessibilidade, deixa um pouco a desejar: degrau pequeno na entrada, rampa muito íngrime (separando a recepção do hall), elevador um pouco apertado e um degrau grande no boxe. O grande diferencial é a localização, fica perto de tudo, muitos restaurantes no entorno e fica bem próximo a estações e 25 de março. Pra quem prioriza logística a conforto, é uma ótima escolha.

Nos sentimos eu e meu companheiro muito bem recepcionado, nosso cheking seria somente as 14:00 porém , após uma viagem exaustiva a recepcionista foi muito generosa e educada e deixou nós fazer a partir das 11:00. O café da manhã é bem sortido de sucos e pães e outras coisas; muito bem localizado e rua segura ao voltar no rio pretendo voltar a me recepcionar no mesmo hotel.

Essa é segunda vez que fico hospedada nesse hotel. Em maio e agora em outubro. E por coincidência ficamos no mesmo apartamento 403. E com os mesmos problemas, banheiro com rejuntes do azulejos precisando de uma boa limpeza com água sanitária, porta do box com problemas e dessa vez com mal cheiro. Limpeza do banheiro nota 0. O restante satisfatório. Com certeza essa será a minha última hospedagem.

Gostei muito da localização do hotel.Por ser no centro fica bem mais facil ir para varios lugares. É bem movimento e tranquilo. Gostei muito do meu quarto, era simples e super confortavel e eles deixam vc comprar coisas para colocar no freegobar , gostei muito do banheiro , tudo limpinho, cafe da manha é bom, mas poderia ter mais coisas , como tapioca e cuscuz.
