OK, but wouldn’t go back

Slow check-in, first bedroom given to us was not ready or available (it was in maintenance but the concierge didn’t know about it). Once we got told new bedroom, none of the soap dispensers worked so we had to call housekeeping right away. The second day, the bed headboard fell (nobody was injured) but they fixed it in short time after we informed reception (good job by the housekeeping team). The pool wasn’t available and the pizza oven in the restaurant was in maintenance. Breakfast was good. Valet parking (additional fee) was prompt and reliable. Noisy room: we could hear lots of noise from the street and corridors.

O hotel tem tudo pra ser ótimo, mas parece que a gestão está deixando a desejar. Está precisando muito de manutenção. O chuveiro alterna entre o muito quente e depois muito frio do nada; tambem o chuveiro precisa ser limpo (jatos de água pra todos os lados e não formam ducha). Não oferecem água potável/bebedouro para os hóspedes. A academia é muito pequena e tem o mínimo (conte apenas com 1 esteira, 1 bicicleta e halteres). As bombas de sabonete líquido e shampoo foram colocadas de uma forma que é quase impossível pressionar. Enfim, hotel ok mas falta cuidado e manutenção.
