I hope i am just the “unlucky” one.
Had several issues with my booking. The check in process was tricky since their app didn’t recognized my official document, and i had a very hard time uploading a different one. That said, when we arrived at the unit, we were informed that the unit was not available yet (6:30 pm, with a 3:00pm check in time).
When we managed to get access, the unit was not in very good shape: Furniture with stains and marks, Sink was clogged, but the worst part? No hot water!
After moving us to another unit on same building, in better shape, our surprise? No hot water either!
Informed by the online chat that that building have a collective water heater system and that maybe it was a “peak hours” issue, we had to face a cold bath.
Yep, maybe you have better luck.
