The property is located in a very nice area, and the rooms are very clean and spacious. The building is nice and rooms are just like shown in the pictures. However, the check in process is completely online, with minimal human interaction to complete the process. It is very difficult to enter the building for the first time, even when the previous instructions (send pictures for check in) were followed. The property is nice but the check in process should be improved.

Adoramos ficar no Charlie Ibirapuera. O apartamento era exatamente como anunciado. Localização tranquila e segura. Camas e travesseiros confortáveis. Banho maravilhoso. Fiquei preocupada com os comentários que diziam que o check i era sempre complicado. Mas fizemos todo o procedimento pré check in. E no momento do check in foi tudo perfeito. Super recomendamos.

Quarto estava bem limpo e organizado, é como mostrado no anúncio. Espaçoso com utensílios essencias de cozinha como panelas e frigideira, fogão e microondas. Único ponto preocupante em relação à segurança foi terem disponibilizado a senha de um quarto que já estava ocupado. Precisam verificar urgente essa questão, no entanto, o rapaz que estava na recepção disponibilizou um quarto disponível rapidamente.
