Unfortunately, my experience with the building staff was disappointing. Communication was poor, requests were not handled in a timely manner, and the overall level of customer service did not meet expectations. I hope management addresses these issues to improve the experience for residents and visitors.

O prédio está novo (de verdade -- as catracas estavam sendo instaladas durante a hospedagem), e o preço da reserva foi imbatível. Mas, com um pouco de cuidado, o apartamento podia estar melhor. Os talheres estavam ensebados, as paredes e móveis já têm manchas de gordura, e o banheiro é uma grande caixa azulejada sem nenhum armário ou decoração. A tampa do vaso sanitário não estava parafusada, os paradores de porta também estavam soltos, algumas lâmpadas do cômodo não funcionavam, a trava da porta da varanda não fechava... Em mais um ou dois anos nesse ritmo, vai ser difícil se hospedar no apartamento. Ponto negativo para a equipe de projeto, que inexplicavelmente instalou uma caixa de passagem de energia elétrica dentro do box do chuveiro, e perfurou a fórmica do balcão com um parafuso mais longo que o ideal. As luminárias de cama são enormes, parecem garrafas PET. Decisões estranhas que não têm a ver com custo de materiais. Isso dito, o preço de fato foi imbatível.

Excelente opção em Moema. Nossa hospedagem foi ótima. O apartamento atende muito bem 2 pessoas, tem segurança 24h praticamente e após fazer o cadastro no site deles (cadastro um pouquinho complicado até vc conseguir tirar a foto e enviar a documentação) é muito prática a entrada com a facial. Tivemos uma pequena questão com a limpeza que foi prontamente resolvida e não deixando nada a reclamar. O atendimento virtual às vezes demora um pouco para atender, mas se não tiver em uma emergência, tudo é resolvido a tempo. Cama confortável, roupa de cama e banho de qualidade e excelente localização com padaria e mercados a porta, 3 quarteirões da estação de metrô e fácil acesso à ônibus e Uber. Não tem estacionamento e o único que encontramos 24h é o que fica no hotel Mercure Time Square há 2 quadras e meia do apartamento, tem bom custo e atendimento.

Instalações de ótima qualidade, localização excelente. Varandinha agradável. Prédio novo, então tem muita unidade em obra ainda - barulho pode incomodar. A internet não funcionou, acabei roteando a minha própria internet e nem reclamei. A limpeza do apartamento deixa a desejar: assim como nos outros Charlie que eu fico, chão parece não ser muito limpo. O restante estava dentro do esperado. E uma dica: quarto com duas pessoas precisa de duas toalhas de rosto.

A entrada foi muito custosa, pois meu cadastro não funcionava para a portaria, precisei fazer um novo cadastro, e minha esposa também, ao chegar mais tarde. A limpeza deixou a desejar, visivelmente passaram uma vassoura por alto no quarto apenas, pois tinha muita poeira nos cantos. O ambiente do condomínio não é familiar, a todo momento topamos com alguma garota de programa pelas áreas do condomínio. Também era comum passar por pessoas com aparência estranha, como usuário de grogas.
