Hospedagem muito abaixo do esperado. O hotel é bem diferente das fotos anunciadas, com quartos mal conservados, jogo de cama amarelado, cheiro desagradável e problemas de manutenção, como janela que não fechava corretamente e ar-condicionado com defeito. Precisei trocar de quarto, mas os problemas continuaram. Além disso, o suporte da Hotéis.com não resolveu a situação de forma satisfatória. Não recomendo e não voltaria a me hospedar neste hotel.

Travesseiro e cobertores bem ruins, parecia uma lixa, travesseiros tds despinguelados... Chuveiro funcionou bem apesar de parar no meio dos dois banhos q tomei, cafe da manha bem fraco. Achei meio barulhento. Serve pra dormir, mas eu me senti desconfortavel.

É um hotel pra quem precisa de fato passar a noite, o banho é bem quente isso é positivo, mas os quartos, móveis e cobertores e colchões são antigos. O que não gostei é que no anuncio diz que tem estacionamento disponivel e chegando lá fui cobrado em 30 reais a diaria. Achei propaganda enganosa isso.

Um hotel bom pelo custo benefício. Café da manhã com variedade de bolos. Localização muito fácil para ir ao metrô, bairro Liberdade e Av. Paulista. É um hotel barato e vale a pena para quem está em uma viagem econômica e de poucos dias.

Funcionários mau preparados, quarto bem diferente do que as postadas no site e para finalizar, reserva feita com café da manhã incluso, e ao fazer checkout estavam querendo me cobrar 2 cafés. Veio gerente mau preparado… falei que ia chamar a policia e veio o proprietário até a recepção ( enquanto isso eu ouvia o gerente falando para outro hóspede, com mesmo problema que troca os cafés por avaliação) por isso no site está 4.8. Mas não merece nem 1.
