Staff was helpful and polite. A big plus was that all members of staff I encountered spoke some English and that was very helpful due to my limited knowledge of Portuguese. Room and hotel very clean.

This property was very clean and nice! The front desk was amazing, and with attention to details. Breakfast was a plus. Nice neighborhood in SP , but needed transportation to get around in short distances to shops.

I loved my stay. I would definitely recommend to anyone wishing to stay in São Paulo. Lovely staff and everyone was more or less bilingual though I spoke to them mostly in Portuguese.

During my 5 day visit in the Brazil, the hotel is the only place that charged me in Brazilian Reals with a ridiculous conversion fee of 12.3% to US Dollars, which neither the hotel, nor the Expedia staff helped to resolve. No other restaurant, bar, or any place in Brazil charged such conversion fee, but the hotel. Pay in advance through Expedia, or else you are ripped.

Very nice and modern hotel in a beautiful, safe neighborhood. Breakfast was very good and the staffs specially the gentleman at the reception Renato made check in very easy for us. He patiently answered our questions along with helpful tips for our visit at Sao Paulo. Hotel is located in one of the best and safest neighborhood, walkable and close to everything.

I always try to stay at Canopy Hilton properties whenever I travel, and because of the quality that I know I’m going to receive. I have stayed at 6 different Canopy locations to date, however, this facility felt little short, or was my least favorite canopy that I’ve been to this far. For instance, there was limited dining and limited menu, and some thing a simple as a burger. I had to ask them to make, and it was quite difficult. Another instance is when I asked reception for the signature, orange canopy, socks, and robe, the receptionist asked what level Hilton member I am. I didn’t know I had to be a certain level of a member. I thought it was standard because I’ve always received the orange socks in the room. Nonetheless, I still received the robe and socks, but the exchange did leave a bad taste in my mouth. Hopefully, this property can improve in the future but I’m not gonna give up on all canopy hotels just yet.
