The location is very convenient to many wonderful restaurants. The property is hugely outdated: holes in stained curtains, bedspreads, mold in bathroom, tiles coming off in shower, air conditioning that leaked into room. Rude breakfast/buffet staff, good breakfast; property holds firm to 2:00 check-in, any arrival before that requires a wait in the un-air conditioned lobby until then.

This hot, el was my go to property on our visits to Sao Paulo (normally about once a month). Unfortunately the hotel has been getting from bad to worse. Now they only clean the rooms once every three days. Any additional cleaning before the three days is subject to a charge. The hotel may be under construction as for the second time , I woke up and there was no running water. Out of three elevators one is out of order and another one has a dirty construction cover. At least three times I had to go back down to get my card keys reprogrammed as they stopped working. Very inconvenient as sometimes trying to go down to the first floor took a while due to the heavy use of the elevators. Due to the age of the hotel, they do not have the luxury of cleaning the rooms every three days. Breakfast buffet is great and very complete. Cleaning ladies are very friendly. I sincerely hope they get better as the hotel is centrally located close to restaurants and transportation.

Vamos lá. Localizacao é boa. Fora isso: hotel muito velho, cheguei depois das.13h e deixou uma fila de gente plantada la fora esperando 14h, elevador quebrou 3x, uma vez entrei em desespero dentro, sem telefone de.emergencia, ar parecia uma britadeira, desisti e dormi no calor pq era mt barulho, banheiro com uma banheira toda quebrada e suja, liguei o chuveiro e so saia agua da torneira, serviço de quarto sequer trocou toalha suja, nem retiroi lixo do banheiro, cafe da manha limitadissimo, nem um pao de queijo tem, é pao e bolo seco, pedi reposicao de salada de fruta e esqueceram, fui embora sem comer pq tive que molhar suco no bolo para engolir pq estava duro, dificil manter um hotel de grande porte sem estruturar e treinar funcionarios.

O hotel em si é ok, mas o meu quartos que tinha o chiveiro em cima da banheira é muito complicado , pq nao tem box, so tem uma cortina que escorre agua e molha o banheiro inteiro na hora do banheiro e ele fica alagado o dia todo os mais dias, pq nao tem arrumação de quarto todos os dias.
