The worst place in São Paulo! It's a disgusting place! I got to my room and everything was dirty, the towels weren't clean, and the bathroom hadn't been cleaned. Plus, everything is old and in poor condition, the elevator smells like food, and it's very damp. I went downstairs right away to check out, and they promised to give me a refund, but that never happened, and they stole my money.

Pontos negativos: O Hotel precisa urgente de uma reforma. Dos 3 elevadores, funcionou 1 no período de 5 dias em que estava hospedado. Chegou a ter um aviso de que "o elevador não estava parando no 11º andar". Isso ocasionava um fila enorme nos horários de pico, fazendo com que eu demorasse, em média, 20 minutos pra chegar ao térreo. As luminárias da cama estavam soltas e caiam com frequencia (inclusive em cima de mim). As tomadas estavam "afundadas" e era difícil colocar coisas pra carregar. Os cartões codificados não funcionavam direito. Tive que troca-los mais de 10 vezes pois paravam de abrir a porta (que aliás, estava emperrada devido ao descolamento do acabamento do piso). A troca de cartões gerou um transtorno enorme, já que eu tinha que pegar o único elevador lotado para subir e descer do 14º andar. A TV era um monitor LCD pequeno adaptado que mal funcionava e tinha que tirar da tomada pra desligar. Tive que usar o Laptop pra tentar assistir os jogos da copa. "Tentar assistir" pq o wi-fi no quarto era intermitente e a transmissão era interrompida frequentemente. A localização exige atenção quanto à segurança. Um hóspede na poeta do hotel quase perdeu um celular para um homem que passou correndo à luz do dia, mesmo com segurança na porta. Pontos positivos: Pessoal solícito e atencioso. Boa localização com farmácias, restaurantes e mercados próximos. Café da manhã bom e variado. Restaurante funciona pra almoço e jantar com custo benefício excelente.

A principal vantagem deste hotel é a localização, especialmente por estar em frente aos restaurantes da Família Mancini. Infelizmente, os quartos estão em estado de conservação bastante comprometido. Inicialmente fomos acomodados em um quarto muito ruim, com forte cheiro de mofo e tanta umidade que os rodapés estavam visivelmente inchados. O banheiro e a banheira também estavam em péssimo estado, o que tornou a experiência bastante decepcionante. Outro ponto preocupante foi o fato de o quarto ser conjugado e existir uma porta de comunicação sem tranca adequada, o que gerou insegurança para dormir no local. Chegamos a cogitar ir embora, mas a recepcionista foi atenciosa e providenciou a troca para outro quarto, que ao menos não apresentava esse problema. As áreas comuns, como o hall de entrada e o espaço do café da manhã, são bonitas e bem cuidadas. No entanto, os quartos precisam urgentemente de manutenção e renovação. Considerando o valor da diária, existem outras opções de hotéis de rede na região que oferecem um padrão de qualidade muito superior.
