if i would live in sao paulo, I would spend 30 days a month in this hotel. Nice staff, good breakfast, close to everything. tehre is even a great gym next door to hotel.

Nice but moisy

The shower was very good .but was put by the elevator and it made alot of noise when it would operate and was here on a friday night so music from the night ciub would echo on the buidings. The breakfast was exxelent as well

Quarto. Segunda vez no hotel e tivemos alguns imprevistos com os quartos, pois o primeiro que ficamos estava tudo certo, porém caiu a Cuba da pia do banheiro e fomos obrigados a trocar de quarto. Já no sétimo andar, no novo quarto, acabamos ficando mais frustrados ainda, estava cheia de baratinhas pequenas andando pelo banheiro e quarto, ar-condicionado não funcionava direito, muitas vezes acordei suando pois o quarto estava bem quente. Espero que a estadia que já paguei do carnaval esteja muito bom. Quero deixar meu elogio aos recepcionistas homens que nos atenderam, foram super educados, proativos quando tivemos o problema no primeiro quarto, educados e profissionais.

Cafe da manha bom, quarto com bom espaco e boa localizacao Pontos a melhorar: o ar condicionado dos quartos sao bem antigos e com a capacidade inadequada (7.500 btus), acaba nao gelando adequadamente o quarto,principalmente no verao, ocasionando assim mais custos para o proprio hotel. Area do cafe da manha é quente (eles nao ligam o ar condicionado), assim como a recepcao.na qual os funcionarios ficam com ventilador para amenizar o calor...Surreal, pois o hotel tem uma estrutura boa mas com cara de que ta falido!
