This was our second time staying here, the hotel is nice, the rooms are spacious with great views (from the upper floors). The only gripe is when showering there is no drainage and water collects around the upper "shelving" surrounding the tub.

Good location with parking, lots of food options around and public transport nearby. Room could use a little update, but was spacious and clean and everything worked. The kitchenette definitively a bonus. Hotel itself offers a lot of options and the view from the restaurant (23rd floor is awesome. Would stay again.Wouldkitchen

Hotel was very comfortable~ Room was wide and cleaned . furniture was little be old and air conditioner was also old so sometimes stop. But the other things was good. Breakfast was very wonderful and vew was very fantastic.

A equipe bem gentil, mas tivemos no nosso quarto 71. Quando chegamos a água não esquentava do chuveiro e pia. No terceiro dia saiu uma água amarelada quando ligava o chuveiro quente e da pia também. CAfé da manhã é excelente. Há um certo barulho de trânsito nas ruas, mas no geral o hotel é muito bom.

Instalações do quarto antiga , travesseiro muito ruim !! O pior foi o café da manhã que finalizava as 10 hs . Me atrasei e cheguei às 9:50 hs . Eu me servindo ainda às 10 hs 3 funcionárias começaram a retirar as coisas com uma pressa sem ao menos olhar para o lado e perguntar se eu gostaria de servir mais alguma coisa . Todos os hotéis que costumo frequentar os garçons vem a mesa , avisa que vai retirar para podermos nos servir . Funciiajrias gosseiras e mal educadas do café da manhã !
