I liked the hotel very much. Parking was convenient and easy, nearby Shopping Ibirapuera, where there is a money exchange shop on the third floor. The hotel is very close to the subway station, that is very convenient if you need to go to the city center or Avenida Paulista. The staff was very cordial and attentive. I liked watching the planes passing by, and the noise doesn’t bother me at all, however, if it is an issue for some guests, the noise stops during the night. There are also plenty of restaurants nearby, either in the mall or on the streets nearby, and you can eat a variety of cuisines like, German, Japanese, Lebanese, Italian and of course Brazilian.
Breakfast had many options, including hot ones, and lots of fruits.

Check-in and check-out were fast and efficient. I really enjoyed the breakfast. A standout was Eirik at the front desk, who was super friendly and helpful. On the downside, the bed was a bit too hard for my liking, and the safe was out of batteries and wasn't functional. The location has its pros and cons. It's very convenient—close to the subway station and with a shopping center right next door. However, its proximity to the airport also means it can be quite noisy.

Breakfast was the only proper thing for the hotel. It is by the local airport (2km) aircrafts are passing by from 0600 to midnight. The rooms were very old, so the carpets on the corridors. The oldest towels I have ever seen in my whole life. Bathroom is old, seewage makes noise, so the fridge. I do not see anything positive about the hotel but the province.

Hi there, I stayed in this hotel under Bourbon management many times since 2011. Under Wyndham management, it's definetely going down..! From the housekeeping to the restaurant, as well as reception, the rooms and the other stuff, the hotel is certainly going down I have to say.
