Unlikely the neighbor the hotel was really clean, safe and the breakfast was awesome. But the neighborhood is little scary , so I recommend get hotel early at night. Also they do have paid parking.

The b&b is located in a trashy area which feels absolutely unsafe. The staff, although nice, don’t speak English! The bedsheets were barely large enough so every night it was a struggle to sleep correctly. The view is horrible and it’s very noisy at night! And it’s a long way from the city centre ! All in all not a good place to stay to discover the city. I don’t understand why it got more than 6 in ratings !

Longest check in process

They didn’t let us check in early after I explained to him I paid for 2 nights but leaving one day earlier due to my 7pm flight , so we left our bags at the front desk for a fee. When it was time to the check in at 2pm, the line was out the door and it took them forever to check people in. No other hotel during our trip had this long of a check in . Horrible. Otherwise the hotel was modern, rooms were clean with a minor ant issue in the bathroom, and next door to the luz station which made traveling the city and airport easy.

Bom hotel, localização e café da manhã. Não tinha fronha nos travesseiros (só percebemos na manhã, quando acordamos). Também não haviam ganchos, ou suportes para pendurar as toalhas e no box era apenas uma cortina (nesse ponto, pensei se poderia ser porque estávamos num quarto de acessibilidade e nesse caso é compreensível, mas os outros itens realmente fizeram falta).

Gostei muito do hotel, o quarto estava limpo, o banheiro impecável. A única situação é que as meninas da limpeza demoram pra fazer a arrumação do quarto. Por ex: chegamos na sexta às 14:00, saímos no sábado cedo e retornamos após o almoço e o quarto estava do mesmo jeito, a menina foi passar mais tarde perguntando se queríamos arrumação mas daí estamos cansados pra sair do quarto, acabei pedindo apenas a troca das toalhas…. Fora isso, td impecável.
