Unlikely the neighbor the hotel was really clean, safe and the breakfast was awesome. But the neighborhood is little scary , so I recommend get hotel early at night. Also they do have paid parking.

Great staff, room is much roomier then most average hotels in São Paulo, breakfast was excellent, area might be rough to around but there’s security and valet service right up front.

Longest check in process

They didn’t let us check in early after I explained to him I paid for 2 nights but leaving one day earlier due to my 7pm flight , so we left our bags at the front desk for a fee. When it was time to the check in at 2pm, the line was out the door and it took them forever to check people in. No other hotel during our trip had this long of a check in . Horrible. Otherwise the hotel was modern, rooms were clean with a minor ant issue in the bathroom, and next door to the luz station which made traveling the city and airport easy.

É um hotel de trânsito, geralmente hóspedes ficam ali 1 noite ou 2 máximo então o fluxo é bem intenso. Está bem localizado, do ladinho da 25 de março e Mercadão Municipal e em frente estação metrô da Luz. Hotel é confortável, banheiro legal, mas como todo hotel econômico eu acho meio aperto. Cama boa, edredom gostoso, tá ótimo pra mim. Café da manhã gostoso, preço justo R$ 25. Estacionamento meio salgado, R$ 50 diária. Possuem um “mini market” na portaria pra vc comprar algo pra consumir, preços são bem salgados. Atendimento poderia ser melhor se adicionassem 1 pessoa a mais na entrada, já cheguei a ficar 45 min aguardando pra Fazer check-in, muitas empresas que participam de feiras no Anhembi se hospedam ali e o fluxo de gente é bem grande, então isso deixa a desejar.

Minha estadia no B&B Hotels São Paulo Luz foi razoável, com pontos positivos e negativos. Fui para São Paulo por causa da BGS 2025 e cheguei cedo, vindo de um voo cansativo. Queria apenas tomar um banho antes do evento, mas o check-in só começa às 14h e o hotel cobrava R$150 para antecipar a entrada, o que achei um valor abusivo. Paguei R$10 para deixarem minhas malas e fui ao evento. Outro ponto ruim é o horário do check-in, que termina às 23h, me obrigando a sair mais cedo do evento para chegar a tempo, por causa do trânsito. Ao voltar, precisei de água para tomar meus remédios e descobri que o hotel não tem bebedouro nem oferece água gratuita, algo básico em qualquer hospedagem. Pedi pelo iFood, que saiu mais barato que comprar no local. O quarto estava limpo e organizado, apenas com um pouco de poeira. Tomei banho à noite e de manhã, usando as duas toalhas disponíveis, mas ao retornar no fim do dia, não haviam trocado. Achei um erro grave para um hotel 3 estrelas. A localização é excelente, perto da 25 de Março e de estações de trem, com segurança 24 horas na entrada. Os funcionários são muito educados e prestativos, me ajudaram com informações sobre transporte. O café da manhã é o ponto alto: muito bom, variado, farto e de ótima qualidade. A cama não é muito confortável, mas deu para descansar bem. No geral, considero um bom custo-benefício, com ótima localização e bom atendimento, mas com falhas em detalhes básicos. Nota final: 7,9/10.
