Pros: Staff was very helpful. Air conditioning works. Cons: The sinks were made of IKEA furniture. The pictures online look amazing but once you’re physically in there, you’ll notice a myriad of small issues that contribute to an overall meh experience. I will say, however, that it’s in an incredible location. Easily walkable to all sorts of places nearby with zero issues in terms of safety or distance. Also, no amenities. If you want to wash your clothes, do it at the mall. 5 min walk. All in all, not a great place, but the walkability of everything is pretty spectacular. Guess that’s why it’s called Apê.

Adorei o studio, cama e travesseiros confortáveis, frigobar, microondas,TV e ar condicionado funcionando certinho, ótima limpeza, utensílios para um chá e um lanche suficientes. Eu tenho alergia por isso achei o cheiro do produto de limpeza (ou perfume de ambiente) forte, acho que deve ser o mais neutro possível. Senti falta de um tapete para a saída do box de banho. Mas esses são detalhes que em nada atrapalharam minha estadia. A localização é fantástica!

Excelente custo beneficio.

Um excelente custo beneficio, cama confortável, chuveiro bom, roupa de cama boa. Falta manutenção das torneiras da pia do banheiro, pois estão com pouco fluxo de água. Nos 2 quartos que reservei estavam com o mesmo problema. Localização excelente, perto de restaurantes e principais pontos da Paulista.

A localização é muito boa, o atendimento solícito e rápido. Mas pecou um pouco na limpeza. Alguns pontos com acúmulo de pó, cabelo e outras coisas. Na entrada, um cheiro muito forte de cigarro, parecia estar impregnado nas cortinas. Mas no geral, é uma boa acomodação.
