Great location but not prepared to host four peopl

We booked a room for 4 people but there were only sheets and blankets for 2 people. We requested more and got some sheets, but we never had an extra blanket. The room was quite cold so we had a cold night. The location is really good, and the rooms are clean. However its a bit noisy. THe breakfast is very good.

I like place right on polista av. The room I got this time was not good. Low water pressure. I thought I reserved room on 14th floor. But they gave me room on 2nd floor. My first time I stayed on the 12 the floor and it was great. The early check in was great.

Greatly located with superb breakfast, but the overall experience was destroyed by the staff. They are nice as long as you dont need help. But we asked to store our luggage for 2 nights between two bookings in this place - denied. We had asked for a (paid) early checkin - denied. We asked at the reception to order a taxi - denied. That experience made us feel unwelcomened, and we would not book this place again.

Service: The staff are efficient but very rigid. Expect straightforward answers with zero flexibility or personal touch. Atmosphere: While the location is perfect for sightseeing, the hotel is extremely crowded and noisy. It’s not the place for a quiet getaway. Dining Tip: Skip the hotel breakfast. It is chaotic and overly busy. You are much better off saving your money and visiting one of the many charming cafés nearby.
