Perfect stay for a group of 4. We shared a common area and had two separate rooms and bathrooms which was a great plus! Only downside of our room was, the stove was inoperable and created a strong gas odor in our attempt to use it. Other than that, nice place to stay for our weekend in Brazil!

Boa hospedagem

Boas instalações, café da manhã. Serviço de recepção, no entanto, deixou a desejar com exceções de funcionários como Larissa e Luis que sempre nos receberam com muita atenção, passamos por situações desagradáveis como não ser correspondido com o "boa noite" ou ser atendido enquanto o funcionário come, falando de boca cheia. Estacionamento excelente, estão de parabéns o senhor Luis e o Bruno, o preço de estacionamento para hóspede poderia ser melhor.

Atendimento péssimo. Funcionários demonstram estar insatisfeitos com o local onde trabalham. No site é colocado que o hotel possui estacionamento mas nao é informado que é pago. Tambem naonfomos i formados que o estacionamento era pago pelos funcionários do hotel. Ficamos sabendo apenas na hora de fazer check out.

Achei que peca um pouco na limpeza, principalmente dos banheiros. Tem apartamentos reformados e outros mais simples. Os eletrodomésticos são antigos, amarelados e causam uma má impressão. O room service não funciona aos finais de semana. Já havia ficado no mercure em Curitiba e amamos a experiência, mas esse da Berrine deixou a desejar.
