Muito bom retornar ao Almenat, que frequento desde 2020 e sempre está melhor. A comida estava muito boa, com muita variedade. Atendimento otimo, Nicole esta de parabéns. Tio Carioca que fez o entretenimento dos adultos, muito versátil, educado e divertido.

O resort tem algo incrível: Todos os funcionários cuidam das pessoas e do lugar com muiiiito carinho. Falam bom dia e boa tarde sempre que encontram os hospedes, e estão sempre dispostos a conversar e contar a historia do lugar e como eles cuidam das instalações, o que faz a gente perceber que eles gostam muito do lugar! Por isso onde você vai dentro do resort esta sempre limpo e arrumado. Capricho em todos os detalhes!

Precisam melhorar

Estadia foi boa , mas não atendeu nossas necessidades Estivemos no hotel no Réveillon. Havia um espaço de brinquedoteca muito bom. Proporcionava ótima alternativa para dias chuvosos em que não é possível levar crianças para a área externa Agora reduziram o local para 1/3 do que existia . Os brinquedos estavam quebrados . Haviam mais de 50 crianças no hotel . Mas não havia boa estrutura para a recreação interna . Só voltarei para o hotel novamente se isso for revisto . Fiz a reserva para que minha neta de 3 anos tivesse um lugar para ela brincar . Infelizmente isso não ocorreu . Além disso tiraram nos robes dos quartos . Haviam poucas toalhas na piscina aquecida . Sem robe alternativa foi subir para os quartos molhados .

ALMANAT: hospedagem agradável e próximo de SP

Fomos muito bem tratados. O hotel tem equipe bem treinada, funcionários gentis, as instalações estão bem mantidas. Comento sobre o Funcionário BRUNO da recepção, pessoa extremamente gentil e proativo, e todos da recepção nos trataram muito bem. A proximidade de Embu das Artes também é legal, com lugares e lojinhas charmosas para visitar.

Final de semana em família.

Estadia incrível para aproveitar um final de semana em família. Atendimento excelente, comida diferenciada de outros hotéis com proposta parecida, quarto aconchegante. Pontos a melhorar: disponibilidade do spa (não consegui nenhum horário para agendar uma massagem, faríamos o pacote para a família inteira) e regras para estadia pet - após receber as regras desisti de levar o meu maltês pois não aproveitaria quase nada, teria que ficar sozinho no quarto do hotel.

Boa opcao proximo a sao paulo

Boa opção perto de sp, acredito que especialmente para pais com filhos. Achei que faltou um pouco de cuidado com detalhes. A piscina aquecida ficou sem toalhas, o cafe da manha poderia ter mais variedade. A parte renovada ficou boa, mas a antiga (como onde serviram algumas refeicoes) não é muito legal. Piscina coberta merecia um chuveiro quente pelo menos. Area do boliche bacana. Academia bem antiga e com poucos aparelhos. Foram muito inflexiveis com check out mais tarde, mesmo o hotel estando vazio. Acho tambem que falta um espaço para quem nao está com crianças. O spa é só uma sala. Penso que a diaria deveria ser menor pelo padrao que oferece.

Pensão com intoxicação completa

A estrutura do hotel é excelente, funcionários são extremamente educados e o gerente muito cordial, mas infelizmente, durante a estada tivemos intoxicação alimentar que acabou com a nossa noite e o resto da semana. A comida decaiu muuuito, a qualidade da comida era muito baixa e a experiência durante as refeições era muito ruim. O hotel estava cheio ao máximo, havia uma convenção de vendas que abarrotou o hotel, não era possível se servir durante as refeições. Escolhi o hotel para passar um tempo de descanso com minha esposa, mas o que tivemos foi uma tremenda de uma intoxicação alimentar. A estrutura do hotel é ótima, mas a alimentação deixou muito a desejar.

O atendimento da equipe é espetacular… muito educados e solicitos, sempre! A limpeza é muito boa e a comida tbm. Precisam desesperadamente comprar mais cadeirões para bebês… muitas crianças precisavam e haviam poucos disponíveis. Recomendo tbm providenciar acessibilidade ao boliche. Com carrinhos é impossível vê chegar.

Equipe incrível e super prestativa!

Gostaria de deixar aqui meu agradecimento à equipe do hotel, em especial ao Marcos, o William, à Valdirene e à Sidneia (todos do restaurante). Minha esposa já chegou na recepção não muito bem, provavelmente por algo que ela havia comido em um restaurante em São Paulo antes de fazermos o check-in. Fomos para passar o Réveillon, entrando dia 29/12 e saindo dia 01/01 e infelizmente, ela passou mal desde o primeiro dia, melhorando somente na ocasião do check-out. E uma viagem que tinha tudo para ser lembrada como ruim (obviamente não por culpa do hotel), posso dizer que conseguimos ir embora com boas lembranças pela forma como fomos tratados pelos funcionários, especialmente os citados acima. Eles foram excepcionais, solicitaram ao restaurante para que cozinhassem batatas, levaram no quarto para ela juntamente com maçãs e alguns sucos, já que ela mal conseguia andar. Foram formidáveis! Muito obrigado!

Bom mas deve melhorar.

Segunda vez que vamos ao hotel. Novamente muito bem recebidos pelo Gustavo. Dessa vez tivemos problema de comunicação com a Fernanda do setor de reservas que se recusou a colaborar com a integração da reserva com o programa da Hilton, mesmo com o pessoal da central americana pedindo. Independente disso, recebemos upgrade de quarto e late checkout por parte da recepção, então não entendi porque dificultar inicialmente sendo que da primeira vez, até pontuar no programa foi possível. No demais, quarto muito confortável, diria que excelente. As áreas de lazer precisam de melhora urgente, mas vimos que estão reformando. Uma pisicina maior seria um grande diferencial. As refeições precisam de melhora. Viemos para o Novotel Itu logo em seguida e a diferença foi notável nesse quesito.
