It looks like a crack house. There ia no way this property should be on Expedia. They rent rooms by the hour. Unbelievably bad. The mattresses are rubber, no door to the bathroom and toilet in the shower. Expedia should invest money in checking properties before they accept them. The pictures are NOT what you get. My kids found a condom on the floor. We did not leave because it was 1 am when we arrived. Nasty place

O quarto tem colchões ruins e fiquei com dores nas costas. Não foi arrumado e ainda tem o café da manhã que é fraquíssimo. A TV tem canais que nao tem som e não conseguem resolver. Quando cheguei depois de um dia exaustivo, demorei para entrar no estacionamento, pois não havia uma pessoa para abrir o portão, após isso, no meu quarto, o chuveiro não saia água, aguardei quase 1 hora para ser remanejado à outro quarto em que eu pudesse tomar banho. Eu paguei por 2 diárias, mas resolvi não continuar em um lugar tão ruim e perdi uma das diárias.

Quarto mal iluminado , janela sem veneziana e uma cortina totalmente transparente, Banheiro podre de sujeira chuveiro neste inverno não esquenta, roupas de camas fedidas e sujas. Pior experiência que já tive em hospedagem. Pedi para trocar de quarto e foi mais do mesmo exatamente como o outro, sujo, fedido roupas de cama fedendo e sujas. Não recomendo a ninguem e nunca mais me hospedo neste local.

Para ficar 1 dia pelo motivo da proximidade de GRU

O banheiro do quarto tinha vazamento na válvula de descarga, a luz do banheiro com problemas e torneira estava espirrando água. No mais a hospedagem foi boa e o atendimento da equipe nota 10.

Hospedagem horrível

Foi a minha pior experiência de hospedagem. Já tinha noção que se tratava de uma hospedagem mais simples, afinal a ideia seria ficar apenas uma diária, mas simplicidade não tem haver com desorganização e falta de limpeza. Chegamos no hotel e demoraram mais de 40 min para definir um quarto para nós, a recepcionista muito educada e disposta a resolver a situação (foi o que salvou), porém coitada o dono havia colocado indisponibilidade em vários quartos da pousada, deixando sem opções e sem ao menos verificar as suas reservas prévias. Foi realizada a tentativa de nos fornecer um quarto com duas camas de solteiro, depois um quarto horrível sem nenhuma entrada de ar, sem janela. Chegamos no quarto os lençóis muito encardidos, o edredon terrível encardido e fiquei na dúvida se estava limpo, nem usei. Os travesseiros completamente desconfortáveis com uma capa plástica que fazia barulho e ficava horrível. O ventilador velho, fazia um barulho insuportável. O café da manhã com baixíssima qualidade e variedade, porém a área do café bem limpinha, assim como utensílios. Foi a pior experiência de hospedagem. Não recomendo nem para passar uma noite. E a recepcionista é o que salva nesse hotel, faz milagre. Agradeço pela disponibilidade em tentar resolver o nosso problema.

Hotel muito bem localizado, limpo, pessoal do atendimento na recepção muito atencioso. Porém infelizmente alguns detalhes deixaram por desejar. Na chegada ao hotel, não havia luz no 3º andar. Quarto não tinha Ar Condicionado, apenas um ventilador muito barulhento e por se tratar de uma cidade quente como SP é uma necessidade. Não havia toalhas e nem sabonete. Café da manhã frio. E pra variar faltou água somente no meu quarto, o que tiveram que trocar a gente para outro quarto. Uma pena realmente mas não dá pra deixar de relatar até mesmo para que a direção do hotel tome as devidas providências para não perder a clientela.
