My fiancé and I needed a last minute place to staff on New Year’s Eve. This location was available and we booked it. The location is right near Itaim Bibi, and you can walk to restaurants. We loved the treatment from the staff and the quality of the rooms. Would absolutely come back.

Service for check in and check out is not good

We arrived with 4 luggages of a 30 day trip around Brazil and no one offer help to manage the luggage bags from the taxi to our room and vice and versa. We had to do it all. Get the cart, load the luggages, bring to our room and unload the luggages and the same process to get put of the hotel. The guy that was working with the lady in the front we we arrive continue to do nothing while we did all of that. That was January 10th at 10:00 pm. Service is very unreliable.

La habitación, los muebles y casi todo el equipo son viejos y se rompen fácilmente. las llaves del baño se caen. El personal en el Front desk apenas entiende Ingles, es muy difícil la comunicación, tanto que no atienden las solicitudes. El personal de cocina es descortés, parecian siempre enojados, y no son amables con solicitudes del huésped. The room, the furniture, and almost all the equipment are old and break easily. The bathroom keys keep falling off.The staff at the front desk barely understands English, communication is very difficult, to the point that they do not attend to requests.The kitchen staff is rude, they always seemed angry, and they are not nice with guest requests.

Péssimo, propaganda enganosa, desrespeito!

Péssima, desde o checkin até o último minuto, tivemos que trocar de quarto três vezes até nos colocarem em um quarto que ao menos atendia a expectativa do que está sendo vendido aqui, o atendente Leandro nos trocou o primeiro quarto que as luzes não funcionavam, fomos para o segundo nos deparemos com um quarto velho, imundo, porta do banheiro estufada e se decompondo, marcas de respingo de pasta de dente no espelho oxidado, tv fixada na parede da sala o que não mostra na foto aqui no anúncio, ar condicionado apenas frio em uma noite muito gelada em SP, novamente Leandro tentou nos ajudar pois íamos mudar de hotel, nos colocou em um quarto reformado e que nem parecia ser no mesmo hotel, graças a ele conseguimos nos acomodar bem. Já no checkout descobrimos que a água que bebemos no quarto custava R$ 45 cada sendo que nem um cardápio com valores tem disponível no quarto, nem mesmo um digital, o que é contra lei, induzindo a consumir se nenhuma informação, nunca mais ficaremos nesse hotel! Podem fechar as portas.

A localização do hotel é boa, o quarto é maior que a média. Bem bacana, com sala de TV e varanda. O banheiro precisa de reforma (tem que subir a porta para poder fechá-la), e as madeiras precisam ser substituídas. Um dos elevadores (são dois) estava em manutenção, e tem que esperar bastante no horário de movimentação de hóspedes para conseguir pegar o elevador com espaço disponível para dois hóspedes a mais (o elevador é pequeno). Destaque para o manobrista (pagamento a parte, mas com preço dentro do razoável) - muito solícito e extramemente educado.

Hotel muito bom , porém merecendo reforma é melhor manutenção . A porta do meu quarto estava com um buraco, precisei trocar uma lâmpada que estava queimada e não havia lâmpada no hotel. Fora isto, atendentes atenciosos, boa localização e bom café da manhã .
