What was meant to be a relaxing honeymoon turned into a stressful and unsafe experience. After sitting in an empty hammock in a common area, we were harassed by other guests who falsely claimed it was reserved, despite management confirming that common areas cannot be reserved. The situation escalated into continuous verbal abuse throughout the day and the entire weekend, including being called “stupid” for speaking English and facing xenophobic remarks toward me for being a foreigner. Management not only failed to intervene, but never apologized, sided with other guests, and allowed the situation to spiral out of control. We did not feel safe and were forced to leave early following Expedia’s guidance due to unsafe conditions. Despite this, the property is refusing a refund and charged us for days we were no longer there. We do not recommend this property. Everything you see in the pictures will probably be reserved by old guests with common towels so don’t expect anything other than a room.

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt und würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Die teils negativen Bewertungen können wir nicht ganz nachvollziehen. Schon bei der Ankunft wurden wir herzlich empfangen, und das Personal war durchgehend äußerst freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Verständigung war mangels Englisch/Spanisch und unserer fehlenden Portugiesischkenntnisse manchmal schwierig, funktionierte aber mit Geduld und Gesten dennoch gut. Da wir viel reisen (u. a. Malediven, Thailand, Südafrika, Mauritius), haben wir Vergleichswerte – umso positiver fiel uns hier die Herzlichkeit auf. Das Zimmer war angenehm groß, das Bett bequem und der Service zuverlässig. Der Kühlschrank wirkte etwas älter und könnte erneuert werden. Eine Kaffeemaschine und kostenloses Wasser im Zimmer wären wünschenswert. Das Frühstück à la carte war gut, mit ausreichender Auswahl. Zusätzliche Optionen wie Waffeln, Pancakes, Croissants sowie mehr Abwechslung bei Wurst und Käse wären eine sinnvolle Ergänzung. Der Strand ist wunderschön und es gibt genügend Liegen. Die ruhige, etwas abgelegene Lage hat uns gefallen, auch wenn Restaurants fußläufig erreichbar, aber eher teuer sind. Der nächste Supermarkt ist ca. 2 km entfernt, auch die Hotelpreise sind gehoben. Besonders hervorzuheben ist das authentisch freundliche Personal. Insgesamt hatten wir eine tolle Zeit und kommen gerne wieder.

Experiência decepcionante, muito aquém do valor que é cobrado. Nossa experiência foi bastante frustrante, principalmente tendo em vista o valor cobrado. Estávamos hospedadas antes no Tuju Hotel e foi um choque muito grande chegar na Pousada do Toque. De início, carregando malas e bolsas, nos deparamos com uma pequena ponte na entrada e, mesmo sendo vistas pelas recepcionistas, não houve qualquer iniciativa de ajuda com a porta de vidro. Somente após solicitarmos é que abriram a porta. Não houve qualquer receptividade, apenas nos encaminhar rapidamente para o quarto, sem qualquer ajuda com as bagagens. Repito, nunca vimos check in assim, tão impessoal e sem qualquer vontade de apresentar a pousada. O segundo ponto de frustração foi com a estrutura antiga da pousada, está muito abaixo do valor cobrado. Não justifica, o contraste com a qualidade da Tuju foi imenso, tendo em vista estarmos pagando praticamente o mesmo valor de diária. Todas as áreas merecem uma reforma, deck da piscina, academia, restaurantes e quartos. Além disso, não há espreguiçadeiras confortáveis. A gastronomia também deixou muito a desejar. Nem o café da manhã, nem os petiscos do bar ou comida do restaurante apresentam sabor compatíveis com o padrão esperado. Como ponto positivo, destaque para localização privilegiada na Praia do Toque, bem como o atendimento dos camareiros e garçons, em especial Eduardo que foi muito simpático e educado.

A pousada é linda e bem integrada com a natureza. É de frente para o mar e pé na areia. O quarto é lindo e espaçoso. O café é servido sem hora para acabar, tem bastante variedade e é delicioso. Possui piscina, spa (com agendamento e pagamento a parte pelas massagens). O atendimento é sensacional, todos são atenciosos, simpáticos e amam a pousada e transmitem esse amor aos hóspedes. O Célio tem uma história linda e vale a conversa com ele. O JR sua simpático e alegre sempre com uma música representando o momento. Todos são alegres e nos fazem sentir em família.

O quarto era amplo e bem limpo. A equipe de funcionários era muito atenciosa... JR, Sales, Netinho, Bruno & cia são muito atenciosos. O café da manhã era bom, mas em dias mais cheios demorava mais para servir. Sugestões: agua da piscina poderia estar mais quente e a banheira demora muito para encher. Adega também deveria ter opções melhores de vinho. Mas adoramos a estadia e esperamos voltar.
