Horário do check in e check out descrito no Site do Hotel.com nao condizia com horário da recepção do Hotel, rececionista com falta de informação disse que todos os check in e check out do mundo inteiro são iguais ( Totalmente errada informação) e ela insiste mesmo eu mostrando a confirmação por email do Hotel.com dos horários de entrada e saída que me foi repassado.

Os funcionários são extremamente atenciosos, porém o hotel não é nada do que esperava. Ele faz parte de um complexo que inclui um terminal de cargas. Há muita movimentação de caminhões por toda parte. Não tem elevador, tivemos que contar com a equipe do hotel para subir a bagagem e na saída carregamos as malas por dois andares. O quarto que fiquei não tinha janelas, sem o ar ligado fica impossível de estar dentro.

Eu e minha família precisávamos de um hotel próximo ao aeroporto de São Luiz por uma noite apenas. Me surpreendi com a estrutura que faz parte de um complexo logístico com toda infra estrutura de alimentação e conveniência. Frequento vários estados do país e o preço praticado é muito justo. Recomendo com toda certeza.

O hotel é bem longe de tudo... saída de São Luís... não é ideal para turistas, até porque os hóspedes ddo hotel são os funcionários da Vale, em sua maioria... serve mais para quem está de passagem e sozinho. Possui pontos de alimentação no mesmo complexo do hotel bem precários... o retaurante do hotel não funciona à noite... tem um posto de combustível e muitas carretas estacionadas para carregarem na Vale, creio. Se estiver sem carro, esquece, para ir ao centro fica a um custo mais ou menos de 90 reais (ida de taxi)... correndo o risco de não conseguir retornar do centro para o hotel, a não ser se retornar de táxi novamente, porque geralmente uber e 99 não aceitam a corrida, devido à distância do hotel. Quaanto à limpeza, deixa a desejar. Quanto à recepção foi excelente, fizeram de tudo para nos receber bem.
