Quarto amplo, cama ótima, chuveiro muito bom, água quente. Pontos negativos: Qualidade das toalhas, café da manhã é o mesmo todos os dias, não tem variedade. E em um dos dias, deixamos a plaquinha para arrumarem o quarto e não arrumaram.

Hotel bem mediano, os serviços de limpeza deixavam muito a desejar, não faziam a reposição de sabonetes, toalhas (mesmo deixando-as no chão, conforme orientação). Constantemente a chave era 'desprogramada', tendo que descer na recepção para solicitar o ajuste, mesmo quando subiamos apenas para o café. Café da manhã com o básico, pouquissimas opções, os doces pareciam muito serem reaproveitados... dava a impressão de que o bolo que sobrava do café da manhã anterior ganhava uma nova cobertura e era exposto novamente... Poucas opções de frutas, não havia uma opção de tapioca (para um hotel que fica numa cidade nordestina, isso é quase um pecado!). Infraestrutura precária, voce precisa ter cuidado com a porta do elevador, se apertar o botão de andar ela fecha rápido e chega a machucar se ainda houver gente entrando. Ponto positivo: Localização do hotel.

O quarto com alguma ressalvas, pois não tinha um blackout, passava claridade pelas frestas da porta e a acústica da janela deixou a desejar também, não tem uma ótima vedação. No demais sem qualquer ressalva, os funcionários são maravilhosos, muito prestativos e atenciosos. Agradeço em especial, ao Jackson, recepcionista, e a Conceição, camareira, pela presteza.

Éramos um grupo de 20 pessoas, tivemos problemas com quartos, com as fechaduras, uma porta inclusive precisou ser arrombada para poder ter acesso ao quarto. Poucas toalhas nos quartos, ao pedir reposição não tinha toalha suficiente,pedimos edredom e não foi entregue, elevadores velhos, com barulhos e problemas de manutenção. Estadia horrível. Não volto nunca mais .
