Venho por meio deste expressar minha insatisfação em relação à hospedagem, devido a uma série de inconvenientes que comprometeram minha experiência. Primeiramente, o atendimento na recepção deixou a desejar, demonstrando falta de cordialidade. Além disso, o conforto do quarto estava ruim: a cama fazia barulho ao se movimentar, não havia manta disponível para dormir, e o lençol utilizado não possuía elástico, dificultando sua fixação no colchão, não tinha travesseiros extras. Outro ponto negativo foi a ausência de qualquer bebida no frigobar, o que não condiz com o padrão de hospedagem esperado. Além disso, a informação sobre o estacionamento gratuito não é clara, pois parece depender da sorte do hóspede para conseguir uma vaga.
