The place needs lots of renovations. It’s an old building. The bed had no cover, just the sheet. The towels were very thin and there were no hand towels, just one towel per guest. The TV is old and needs to be reset every time you use it. There is no restaurant available just the breakfast in the morning l, which was excellent, lots of options. I needed ice one night and the hotel staff told me there was none! I would not recommend this place.

Localização perto da praia e do lago, e uns 25 minutos de carro até a rua do giz. Quarto limpo com colchão e travesseiro extremamente confortável, ar condicionado, TV e frigobar funcionando, tem armário com alguns cabides. Banheiro limpo com chuveiro elétrico e pressão na água. Piscina pequena e academia com algumas máquinas Tem secador na foto, porém não fica no quarto o mesmo fica na recepção e tem tempo de 1 hora de utilização. Café da manhã bem servido com tudo limpo, leite, café, danones, sucos, bolos, pães e frutas. A Conceição da limpeza é super educada e atenciosa.

O hotel é até bom, mas o quarto estava imundo! Cheio de cabelos nojentos no banheiro e chão, pacote de bolacha embaixo da cama, não tinha nem um tapete no banheiro. Reclamei e uma moça veio e somente retirou parte dos cabelos. Não limparam o quadro entre um hóspede e outro. Na recepção fui atendida com desdem. Apesar disso a estrutura e localização do hotel surpreenderam positivamente. Bom café da manhã. Uma pena que falharam justamente no mais importante, higiene.
