The hotel has good bones, but needs a renovation. Staff is great, service is really wonderful! The room is really large and has good accommodation, but is in much need of a paint job and change in tiles. Everything worked. Has 110V

Unimpressed

Don’t do it. Sink in room doesn’t work, Elevator doesn’t work, and not a soul at the facility cares. People stand at the swim up bar all afternoon and night and never see them get out to use the Lou. The bartender will never even glance back to see if anyone on the other side wants a beverage. The place is straight up filthy. IF you go to the beach club which they seem to be proud of in their advertisement keep in mind they have their repeat customers so you will be ignored and then once you are finally served, it’s all subpar, get ready to hunt down someone who will help you pay your bill so you can leave. The following morning it was no small feat to get a simple warm cup of coffee. With my last 806 characters, I’ll add in, they made darn sure to come by and check the minibar at 9 AM while we were trying to get dressed to go to the airport. Cheers!

é um lindo hotel com quartos com vista par ao mar e piscina, grande e bonito e excelente café da manhã, mas nas acomodações vc percebe ser um hotel que o hotel é antigo banheira na área do chuveiro que parece não está bem presa , bidê, roupas de cama um pouco amareladas, ainda sim vale a pena pela boa localização, bom espaço dos quartos e linda piscina e área comum. Voltaria.

O hotel é ótimo, tem um café da manhã muito bom, além de ter piscina de frente pro mar, academia bem grande, restaurante e outras comodidades, porém notamos que na sacada do nosso quarto haviam 3 condensadoras de aparelhos de ar condicionado dos quartos vizinhos, que faziam com que o barulho fosse grande, além disso o elevador é muito pequeno e sempre demora muito, por vezes já chega cheio. Também haviam alguns pontos faltando manutenção, como lâmpadas queimadas, e descascados no teto. Outro ponto é que enviei uma mensagem para o hotel pedindo uma informação e recebi como resposta um link de check in que não respondia minha dúvida e que acabou nem sendo usado quando chegamos ao hotel. Ainda assim creio que valeu o custo benefício.

Quarto com vidro quebrado na janela da varanda - o que impossibilitava refrigeração adequada e aumentava a entrada de mosquitos. O ar-condicionado parece uma carroça de tão barulhento. O banheiro tinha baratas, cheio de lodo no azulejo do banheiro, mofo e chuveiro elétrico muito ruim com pouca saída de água além das toalhas serem muito finas e o lixo ser aberto - sem tampa. Péssimo, não recomendo.
