Fiz a reserva cerca de 20 dias antes da estadia. Horas antes do check-in me ligaram para confirmar a reserva mas ao chegar no hotel fui informado pelo recepcionista que houve um overbooking mas que eu seria realocado para um outro hotel do mesmo grupo. A vantagem é que o hotel a qual fui transferido ficava cerca de 1,5 km do Sambaquis, era bem maior e de frente pra praia. Também pagaram o uber para o deslocamento (nada mais justo). No final das contas saiu melhor para mim devido aos serviços e instalações oferecidos mas e se o outro hotel tivesse cheio? Porque o recepcionista do Litorânea Praia Hotel não foi informado sobre a minha transferência, falando, inclusive: "ainda bem que ainda tem vaga". Se eu reservei com antecedência é obrigação do hotel ter controle das reservas posteriores para evitar outros aborrecimentos com foi desta vez.

Instalações um pouco antigas que lembram mais uma residência adaptada do que um Hotel. Café da manhã compatível com o preço, com pouca variedade mas que atende razoavelmente as expectativas (dois sucos, três variedades de fruta, duas de suco, ovo mexido, queijo e presunto). Cama confortável, bom chuveiro, mas com pia antiga, muito pequena. Local bom, mas muito afastada de restaurantes e opções de lazer (acima de 1 Km), ou seja, é muito complicado optar por deslocamentos a pé.

O hotel é bem limpo e minha recomendação para que ele fique melhor seria aumentar a área do café da manhã, pois atualmente o espaço é a quantidade de mesas não comporta todos os hóspedes se o hotel estiver com ocupação alta. Também sugiro organizar uma área para estacionamento de veículos, pois as pessoas vão colocando carros na frente atravessados e trancando uns ao outros. Uma demarcação com barreiras ajudaria a organizar. De resto, o atendimento é o conforto são razoáveis.
