A limpeza dos banheiros muito precária. Pia entupida e muito limo no chão e nas paredes do box. Toalhas sujas, mesmo as q vinham limpas, amareladas, desgastadas e manchadas. Serviço na piscina precário. Pedir hambúrguer? Acabou a carne. Pedir um ovo frito no lugar da carne? Nao tem no cardápio. O garçom nao servia nas áreas da piscina, apenas na cantina. Ainda fizeram cobrança de consumo no sheck out, mesmo a gente assinando o que consumia. Só valeu pela localização. Depois fomos para o IBIS. Mais barato e muito melhor em tudo, quartos, consumo, etc

Fiquei hospedado durante 5 dias, ao chegar o único elevador estava em manutenção e hotel realizando grande forma interna, pensa na barulheira durante o dia. Cafe da manhã sem muitas opções, na realidade 99% se repetiu durante minha estádia. Pontos positivos, Ótima localização e Nada a reclamar dos funcionários, TODOS com muita educação e presteza. Se tivesse alguma informação citando essa reforma EU não teria reservado minha estádia.

Precisa reforma estrutural urgente

Segunda vez que fiquei hospedado neste hotel, sendo a primeira a exato 1 anos atrás. Em 1 ano o hotel degradou muito na parte estrutural. Pia gotejando, infiltração, peças enferrujadas do banheiro, ar condicionado com problema (vazando água e desligando do nada), o elevador do andar não acionava o botão pra chamar e tínhamos que descer de escada, piscina interditada (na reserva não falava nada sobre isso), móveis deteriorados, etc. O hotel precisa de uma reforma rapidamente pois está em um excelente local e vai valer o investimento.

Cuidados na manutenção.

Devem dar mais atenção a manutenção dos equipamentos do quarto , me refiro especialmente ao ar condicionado que fazia um barulho terrivel ao funcionar, prejudicando uma boa noite de sono.
