O hotel tem um ótimo atendimento e uma boa localização, os funcionários são muito educados e atenciosos. Porém duas me chatearam bastante, a primeira é que a limpeza do quarto não estava boa, os rodapés do quarto estavam muito sujos. A segunda é que reservei esse hotel por ter estacionamento, ao fazer o check in fui informado que era só solicitar o controle do portão na recepção e guardar o carro. Porém ao chegar de madrugada de uma festa pra minha supresa fui informado que o estacionamento já estava lotado e tive que deixar o carro na rua. Pra piorar o carro amanheceu coberto por fezes de passarinho.

Atendimento eficiente da recepção. Café da manhã simples saboroso mas confuso , pessoal atencioso porém falta técnica em montagem e método. Localização ótima central próximo a tudo. Poderiam ter incluído pelo menos um lanche em um feriado onde toda a cidade estava fechada . Temperatura do chuveiro à desejar( ora muito frio, hora muito quente. Na entrada uma atendende (mulher) queria cobrar taxa de pet com aumento de 100% absurdo isso, tive que contestar pois fiz o pacote e já me informaram o valor. Ela não teve a mesmacordialidade e atenção que o atendente André. Café da manhã muito bom. Limpeza bom. O André é um excelente profissional.
