The staff was super friendly and polite. The only problem we ran across was feces in our closet. Made me question the cleanliness of the room. Called Expedia, but they could not communicate with the property due to language. It was a very disappointing transaction because I had trip insurance and thought Expedia had my back.

Estadia ótima, funcionários muito educados e prestativos, o estacionamento e bem grande, fácil acesso. O fato de ter elevador é otimo. Minha única reclamação é por não ter uma área PET no refeitório. O refeitório é bem grande, e daria pra reservar uma pequena área pra vc tomar café com seu PET.

Funcionários gentis, boa localização, café da manhã razoável. Imóvel muito antigo precisando de um "rejuvenescimento". O piso do quarto tem tacos que parecem não ter recebido nenhuma atenção há muitos anos. Móveis velhos e maltratados. As cadeiras tem o estofamento furado e o criado mudo tem coisas escritas por antigos hóspedes. A janela não fechava corretamente e era voltada para um pátio imundo (talvez seja o quintal de um vizinho).
