Passamos somente uma diária e gostamos bastante, o atendimento foi muito bom, limpeza ok, em questão de amenidades disponibilizaram um shampoo 2 em 1, acredito que faltou um sabonete. Estacionamento em frente, porém sem cobertura. Café da manhã boas opções.

O fato do estacionamento ser do outro lado da rua é ruim. Precisa ter uma equipe de limpeza mais atenta a limpeza, pois o elevador estava com várias marcas de mãos e mesmo avisando na recepção nada foi feito.

Ótimo localização. Parece que foi reformado recentemente. Precisa melhorar a acústica, pois fazia muito barulho vindo do corredor e outros quartos. Atendimento fantástico!

Razoável, tivemos um disconforto no check in, pois paguei pelo aplicativo e queriam cobrar novamente. Quarto pequeno, a porta nem abria inteira, banheiro minúsculo para entrar no boxe só de lado e com azulejos empueirados. Café razoável. Piscina ponto positivo, muito boa..

pessima experiencia

Fui com minha esposa e nao fiquei nada satisfeito com o hotel meu carro dormiu na rua na segunda noite ois nao havia ninguem para levar o carro ate o estacionamento,telefone mudo pedi para darem uma olhada e nao fui atendido,colchao deformado gasto falo isso com propriedade pois vendo colchoes,cafe da manha nao reposto fraco.Portanto nao recomendo.

O que eu mais gostei foi da sauna, da localização, do quarto, entretanto deixou de ser excelente, o garçom que faltou com etica ao mencionar que os hospedes não poderiam utilizar as taxas, sendo trocado as taças por copos de plásticos. Isso foi péssimo para o hotel, se não quisesse que utilizasse, então não colocaria elas expostas. A banheira de hidromassagem não havia água quente em pleno inverno.

O destaque é a atenção dos empregados. Os pontos negativos são a piscina que não tem nem água quente nem morna. A água é sempre fria e se a temperatura ambiente está alta o impacto é menor, mas se o dia está mais ameno a água permanece na mesma temperatura, ou seja, fria. No café da manhã é sempre repetitivo, as mesmas frutas todos os dias (mamão, melancia e banana) sem qualquer ampliação ou substituição. O pão de queijo é duro e frio. Não tem sequer uma sanduicheira para esquentar o pão. Todo dia só tem uma única geleia (goiaba) também sem qualquer variedade.
