Foi péssimo! Atendimento horrível, ríspido e sem o mínimo initeresse em solucionar os problemas surgidos. Fechadura da porta que não trancava e não arrumaram! Falta de toalha no apto, etc. experiência muito ruim!

Razoável, bem localizado, atenciosos com bom café de manhã. Infelizmente o quarto para casal tinha duas camas, pedi no checkin prévio uma cama só mas ninguém leu. Adicionalmente o banheiro tinha as lâmpadas quebradas e estava sem iluminação. Pessoal atencioso mas falta um pouco me manutenção

Muito barulho

Tive uma péssima experiência neste hotel, com dificuldades para dormir por conta de barulho excessivo durante a noite. Fiquei em um quarto no térreo próximo a área de serviço e o barulho de porta batendo até tarde (após 22h) e cedo (antes das 7h) fez que ficasse difícil descansar. Já me hospedei outra vez no hotel em andar superior, mas não recomendo que se hospedem nos quartos térreos.

Simplismente a pior estadia que ja tive, nos colocaram no quarto 212 onde se é impossível dormir, acima dele parece ter uma turbina de aviao de tao barulhento que é, sinceramente uma grande falta de consideração colocar bombas pra funcionar durante a noite, qdo não aguentamos mais, solicitamos a mudanca de quarto, soubemos que é de conhecimento da gerencia, sinal que é um problema corriqueiro. Uma vergonha colocar um cliente pra "descansar" nessas condições e se fosse barato estava bom, mas se trata de uma pernoite no valor de mais de R$ 300,00... nao foi minha primeira vez ai, mas certamente sera a ultima.

Os funcionários da recepção e cozinha em geral prestaram um excelente atendimento, sempre cordiais e dispostos a ajudar. Mas o serviço de quarto foi péssimo, não funcionou em nenhuma das vezes em que solicitei, o que me forçou a ir à recepção ter que solicitar coisas como toalha, papel higiênico, limpeza, etc...

O hotel em geral é muito bom . Funcionários são displicentes , e não parecem muito preparados para as funções . Passei minha estadia trocando de quarto pois não tinha leguem para fazer o ar condicionado funcionar , estávamos em um calor de 34 graus dormi mal por causa do calor . Café da manhã com alimentos que não parecem frescos não dá vontade de consumir .piscina suja . No mais estava tudo em ordem

O primeiro quarto ocupado tinha um forte ruído vindo da parte superior ( era o último andar). Solicitei a troca durante a madrugada, e fui prontamente atendido👏. Fomos tomar café, por volta das 09:00hs e faltava quase tudo. Tivemos que solicitar a reposição. O café estava aguado e o pão de queijo duro e frio ☹️

Acredito que podem melhorar na limpeza e primeira impressão do quarto quando entra. No sentido de ter os lençóis bem esticados. Para usar o secador tem que ir buscar na recepção, poderia ficar direto no quarto, colocando algo para que "nao levem". A televisão não tinha quase opção de canais..

Sou representante comercial e tenho experiências boas e ruins tratando-se de hospedagens, o hotel entrega o que proporciona, mas é o único que cobra R$ 6,90 por um ovo frito,. Particularmente não gosto de ovos mexidos e sempre peço a gentileza e possibilidade de fazerem ovos fritos para mim, em todo lugar que fico não cobram, recentemente tive este dissabor, não pedi os ovos que gosto, mas com certeza não preciso ficar neste hotel em minha próxima ida à Varginha.

De péssima qualidade! Ventilador péssimo com a impressão que ia cair na cabeça! Camas horrorosas!!!! Estava tendo uma festa de casamento e não tinha garagem disponíveis para os hóspedes, tivemos que parar longe depois se 3 voltas ( em estacionamento muito mal planejado) Por causa da festa de casamento, o serviço de cozinha começou por volta des 7 ( não conseguimos pedir nada.. ) e quando chegamos as 23:30 do nosso compromisso já "tinha acabado" o serviço da cozinha.... RIDÍCULO!!! Pra finalizar, tv sem funcionar, wi-fi sem funcionar , e 13,00 por uma Ruffles de 15gr... Em todas as minhas estadias pelo Brasil, sem sombra de dúvidas, essa foi a PUOR de nossas vidas! Nota DÓ!!!!

O cabelo que estava no box do banheiro ficou lá todos os dias e não era o meu. Manchas de pisada do meu pé também me acompanharam os 5 dias da minha estada. Baratas passeando pela área externa do hotel e 1 passeando no meu quarto. Alguns funcionários sobrecarregados e muito mau humorados. O hotel tem tudo para ser excelente mas existe falha grave de gestão de pessoas.
