não tive boa experiencia em relação a conforto

Cama do hotel não é bem confortável, os travesseiros são horríveis pois muito duros e muito alto, desconforto geral no pescoço, mesmo que simples esperava minimo de conforto, pois pousadas simples nos geram muito mais conforto.

Hotel agradável próximo de tudo

Eu gostei bastante do hotel. Ficava próximo do meu destino. Café da manhã bom, porém me incomodei com um hóspede que ficou me acediando e com isso estragou meu apetite. Acho que deveriam prestar mais atenção à quem hospedam lá. Mas o resto foi muito bom e voltarei lá provavelmente.

ar condicionado muito barulhento, pouco eficiente e, em relação à limpeza, fios de cabelo espalhados pelo quarto, banheiro, e até mesmo uma sabonete usada esquecida no box !!!

Necessita algumas melhoras

Quarto bem simples mas limpo, a TV não tinha variedade de canais e com imagem bem ruim. Fiquei na duvida se as toalhas não eram pano de chão e faltou ter no banheiro shampoo. Outra coisa que não gostei foi o fato do estacionamento ser pago a parte do valor da diária, não percebi isso na reserva e poderia ter ficado em um hotel melhor com a soma dos valores finais.

O hotel é simples e precisa de reformas. Elevador antigo com problemas de manutenção. Tem localização bem central em São Leopoldo. Indicado para viajantes a negócios na cidade, que precisem passar poucas noites.
