O hotel e maravilhoso. O quarto é extremamante limpo, as roupas de camas cheirosas e super confortáveis. Todas as noites quando voltavamos do jantar tinha um chocolatinho em cima dos travesseiros, um mimo delicioso. As piscinas são com aguas quentinhas e limpissimas. Os ambientes, restaurantes, bar da piscina e todas as mesas em volta das piscinas sao muito boas. O atendimento dos funcionários é o diferencial, todos muito simpaticos e prestativos, em especial a Mari e o Mailson, que ficavam no bar da piscina e restaurante e a tia Arco Iris, responsável pela recreacao na parte da manhã e início da tarde, uma querida com as criancas, fazia muitas brincadeiras, minha filha de 6 anos gostou tanto que nao queria nem ir na piscina e nem no parque aquatico😊. Foram dias para recarregar as energias de verdade, um lugar para voltar com toda a certeza.

Tive a oportunidade de me hospedar no Hot Beach Raízes, em Olímpia, com minha esposa entre os dias 02/03/2026 e 05/03/2026 (3 diárias), e no geral tivemos uma experiência muito boa. O hotel é muito bem localizado, ao lado do Thermas dos Laranjais e próximo ao centro da cidade. O paisagismo é lindo e dá para perceber o cuidado com cada detalhe. Durante nossa estadia vimos funcionários fazendo manutenção constantemente, o que mostra o zelo com o hotel. O ambiente é calmo e tranquilo, perfeito para descansar. O café da manhã foi um grande destaque. Ele é servido à la carte, com quitandas trazidas à mesa e opções preparadas na hora como ovos, bacon, omelete, tapioca e misto quente. Também havia café expresso, frutas, suco de laranja natural e Nutella à vontade. Gostamos muito desse formato. O atendimento também foi impecável. Nosso concierge, Welton Luiz, foi extremamente atencioso, nos acompanhou até o quarto, explicou tudo e ainda se colocou à disposição pelo WhatsApp mesmo fora do horário de trabalho. Sem dúvida, fez toda diferença na nossa experiência. Como pontos de melhoria, a limpeza do quarto poderia ser melhor e a temperatura das piscinas termais estava apenas morna. Na área da piscina também sentimos falta de um atendimento mais presente dos garçons. Mesmo assim, tivemos uma estadia muito agradável e com certeza recomendamos o hotel. Provavelmente voltaremos em outra oportunidade.

Toda a equipe é super educada e acolhedora. O hotel é o mais tranquilo da rede, por possuir menos quartos, é mais intimista. Acho que deveriam, no futuro, providenciar um transfer para o Hot Beach Park, mas oferece estacionamento gratuito. O hotel fica a pouquíssimos metros da Therma dos Laranjais, dá pra ir à pé tranquilamente. Ideal para familias que querem fugir da muvuca e bagunça.

Hotel pequeno mas muito aconchegante, ideal para quem quer paz, tranquilidade e ficar fora da muvuca. Piscina com águas mornas, bem agradável para relaxar. A comida do jantar é excelente, de alto padrão. Única ressalva é que não é um resort, está mais para uma pousada. Dá para ir a pé até o Thermas dos Laranjais.

Descanso de muito bom gosto

Reservei achando que era o Hotel que tem a entrada direta no parque. O atendimento da recepção (Sr Eduardo) foi muito gentil e atencioso, pude conhecer a estrutura e não teve como não adorar o ambiente. Hotel muito bonito, reservado com áreas de muito bom gosto. Piscinas lindas, quarto muito bem equipado, arborizado, alimentação muito boa. Minha experiência foi agradável e desejo voltar. O hotel não estava preparado para alta temporada. A comida não condiz com o padrão do hotel. Comidas e bebidas acabavam constantemente e o Buffet demorava para ser reposto. O bar da piscina também era sofrível, com poucas opções. Fuja do parque aquático na alta temporada, claramente não há controle de acesso e o volume de pessoas é muito acima da capacidade do lugar. Não há espaço para uma família sentar. A experiência na alta temporada não foi boa.
