Desde a recepção, restaurantes e limpeza tivemos boas experiências com o staff. Pessoal bem educado e cordial. A limpeza do hotel em geral estava boa. Só a água da piscina que poderia ser melhor aspirada. Talvez um decantador de partículas ajudasse a melhorar a aparência da água, que estava um pouco turva, mesmo de manhã após a limpeza. No quarto só tivemos um problema com o assento do vaso sanitário que estava quebrado. Mas depois trocaram por um novo. A comida do restaurante estava muito boa. Bem variada, saborosa e como boa apresentação.
