Estava tudo muito bom, mas a qualidade dos travesseiros deixou a desejar, não permitindo um noite melhor de sono. Travesseiros muito fino, tavez por perder sua consistenica...o fato é que parecia estar sem travesseiro.

Foi uma estadia curta para as festas de natal em casa de parentes. Dessa forma, não foi possível usufruir da área de lazer. Entretanto, a experiência foi positiva, o apartamento era confortável, o serviço atencioso e a localização excelente.

O quarto era bom, mas o banheiro deixava muito a desejar. Não havia fechadura na porta do banheiro, a porta ficava apenas encostada, sem possibilidade de trancar. O chuveiro era ruim, a água dispersava para todos os lados. Não havia secador de cabelo.

O hotel é normal. o quarto tem um tamanho razoável e a tv é pequena e mal posicionada. Pessoas andando no andar superior provocam muito barulho no piso inferior.

tive problemas com a energia elétrica mas foi resolvido prontamente. Os quartos não tem conforto para quem faz viagens a trabalho. A mesa não é uma mesa de escritório, não há tomadas e cadeira para quem precisa apoiar um note e trabalhar.

Foi tudo ótimo, hotel muito limpo e confortável, ótima localização. Só precisam melhorar o local do café da manhã, apesar dele ser sensacional e muito saboroso, vira um gargalo pra reabastecer enquanto os hóspedes estão se servindo... Poderiam repensar o local, para que o reabastecimento possa ser feito por lado, enquanto os hóspedes se servem pelo outro....
